Great location to everything Tybee!!!!

We so enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance to everything… beach, shopping, food and drinks!!! The condo had all the amenities we needed.

We loved it

My husband and I loved this condo! It was clean, cozy and just a short walk to the public beach access, restaurants and the pier. We will definitely be booking it again on our next trip to Tybee!!

Very clean and good location central to beach, shops and restaurants. Ceiling fan in bedroom didn’t workSend pre check In communication with a question to host and never heard backAppliances are outdated - dishwasher sounds like it’s ready for liftoff. Tybee Condo

The condo is adequately equipped, great location. We were staying due to home repairs on our Savannah home. The furnishings are nice and adequate. Carpet was extremely dirty and needs cleaned or replaced. Very musty smell- purchased Febreeze to try and eliminate. Rust in fridge/freezer. Property served our purpose but does need some attention.

Would not rent again

This condo has carpet that is disgusting. I've never seen carpet so stained and filthy. Dog hair on pillows and on bed. Dated appliances and fixtures. You can hear everything from condo above and every footstep. Would not rent this unit again.

Freezer did not work properly. Ice maker not working at all. Did not realize feezer would not keep frozen food at correct temp. Had to toss.Toilets would continue to run after flushing.Could hear kids running and jumping from upper condo from our bedrooms and living room.

great location and nice neighborhood. However, carpets really make the place feel more lowbrow than it is. Also some furniture needs repair/update. otherwise I'd give this location high marks all around

Clean, Quiet, & Convenient

The condo was very clean, check is was easy and it was available early. It is within walking distance to nearly all restaurants, shops, and bars. It is located far enough away from the pier and shopping area that it is peaceful and quiet to sit on the balcony.

Great experience!

Our first trip to Tybee Island was a success. The condo was easy to get to, very clean and maybe even better in person than the pics showed. Close to the beach, pier, shopping and dining. We'll be back!

Really Disappointed and Frustrating!!

First off all they didn’t give the property on time. The property was not ready to checkin. We waited in hot sun outside for more than a hour. We travelled long way and have to wait outside as they were cleaning the property. Secondly the bathroom doors, which doesn’t lock!! Both the bathroom doors doesn’t lock and when we complaint about it there was no action taken about it. What’s really frustrating is when you walk near the bathroom doors it opens up. We need someone to watch the doors. Very poorly maintained property. Will never recommend for families!!

This is on Tybee Island. Great island on the Atlantic. Small community. Very welcoming. Everything is in walking distance. Just as described. Would go again!

Great condo in the middle of the action

If you want to stay at a condo where you feel you can turn your older kids loose, this is the place! The beach is literally footsteps away and there was plenty going on around town for them to entertain themselves. We walked to the other side of the island for dinner one night, a very easy walk. The island is amazing. The condo was on point, but I give a four star bc the beds were not very comfortable to me and that is a big deal. Also- the stains all over the carpet detracted from my excitement when I came in, but it’s only cosmetic in appearance. The condo was very clean, check in and out, very easy and overall we had a fantastic stay in a great location. Would recommend!!!
