Located just steps from the shore, this second-floor retreat offers a prime location, easy elevator access, and all the comforts of home—plus a seasonally-opened rooftop community pool for soaking up the sun in style.

Inside, an open-concept living area invites you to relax with cozy seating, a large Smart TV, and a sofa that converts into a queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample granite countertops, and barstool seating at the island. A sunroom-adjacent dining area makes every meal a delight.

The private balcony, accessible from the living room and sunroom, is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee with a partial beach view. Two inviting bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and Smart TVs, offer restful retreats, including a primary suite with an ensuite bathroom. A second full bathroom ensures comfort for all guests.

Don’t miss the sunset and evening breeze around the quaint rooftop swimming pool! The rooftop pool is open for the summer season, and closed from September to May.

Good spot

Great central spot on tybee. Me and my bride walked to town every night without the worry of parking. Also, we walked to the beach as its only a cpl of blocks away. Great location! Sting Rays next door! Condo was very quiet, friendly neighbors, pool is on the roof and a great area to relax. We hung out on the back patio as well. Id stay here again
