Tybee Winter Getaway

This place is less than a block away from the beach and absolutely within walking distance of anything you need.

First time to Tybee

Overall the place was great. Plenty of room to relax and the grassy area next door was perfect for us to use for our dog. Only issue was an upstairs noisy neighbor with a very heavy footfall but that's kind of par for the course when you stay in a condo. Was within walking distance to great restaurants (HIGHLY recommend Pier 16), shopping and the beach.

Short walk to the beach and shopping

Great location, clean. Pull out couch uncomfortable but it's a pull out, we made due. Kitchen equipped with all you will need , recommend this property

Little Slice of Heaven!!

This is a charming apartment just steps to the beach, the pool and wrestaurants. The pool was just lovely and getting the code from the property management was literally just a text. Nice property. Needs some professional upgrades and repairs. No storage for clothing. 10-15 minute walk to beach. Rooms nice size. Mostly clean. Too many rules: "added fee if renter calls for uneeded emergencies". Reasonable price.

Close to the beach

Upon entering, there was a mildew odor. We had go to buy a candle to relieve the smell. Unit above was loud, we could hear footsteps and conversation from guests upstairs. Had to call during check in process after receiving unclear code information via email. Location is great, within walking distance. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well furnished. Great place to stay for 2 people, close beach/store/restaurant access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property served us well for our short stay. When we arrived after 5pm the heater was on 69/70 and we called the office for directions on how to use the heater. No answer and no return phone call the next day. The weather was cool so we did not use the pool, but I'm not certain if the pool was close or not. The renovations of the place were not perfect. There was open space around the dishwasher where there should have been cabinets. There was a resident/renter above us that woke us up around 3am Monday morning. But we were happy with the location and we felt safe staying there.
