Great views of ocean

We enjoyed our stay,the unit is older and needs updates but it was very clean and had all we needed.Appreciated having an elevator because of my husband’s health condition.Excellent time and can’t beat location!

Tybee 2025

Only complaint is I wish there was easier access to the beach other than stairs. As a mom of 2 young kids traveling alone it was sooo difficult to carry a beach wagon loaded down up and down those stairs. The room does need a flashlight! And some updated cooking stuff.

It wasn’t what we were used to. The laundry room was alway, they closed the pool on one of the hottest smelliest days because they said their phone in the pool was not hooked up, and the beach was strange because it was a river and not the ocean.

I liked the location of this property. Not super busy or touristy. Property was older and showed its age but was still well taken care. We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we visit Tybee Island.

Great Facility

Very nice venue. Clean, patio view of ocean, easy access to Tybee venues and a short 20 minute drive to old Savannah's offerings. Truly an area to explore for All.

Lovely

Perfect spot for our family. The unit was very clean, plenty of linens, the kitchen had everything that qe needed. We enjoyed watching the dauphins every day from the balcony!

1st Visit

This was our 1st time visiting Tybee and will not be our last, the location of the property was perfect! We beaches, pooled, shopped, drank & ate, rented bikes, did a dolphin tour and charted a boat to little Tybee.. we’ll be staying a full week next time! It’s is exactly what we were looking for

A great view of the pool and bay

We were pleased with our balcony view. But the inside was very dated with need of some minor repairs. The mattress was sinking in the middle. The silverware drawer that almost fell out on my feet. Also some coffee filters would be nice. There was some egg dried on a spatula

Condo was cozy and had everything we needed. Balcony had a great view. We enjoyed sitting out there every morning, drinking coffee, and watching the boats and dolphins. Will definitely be returning.

The best location

We love this location on Tybee! Access to the pool and beach are so convenient. The dolphin spotting is great and there are little waves, great for little kids. Inside we felt at home with plenty of towels and bedding. The pull out couch is a little uncomfortable but we brought a blow up and slept there instead. TV was easy to use and mostly good internet. Thank you for a great stay!

Long weekend get-away

The unit was great for a long weekend get away. The bathroom shower did have some mold. The sliding door to the patio area was hard to open and close, but overall the place was okay. We would stay again.

Location is key!!!

Our stay was perfect! I wouldn’t choose a different property! It was a little out dated by nothing major. Could fix the shower door and patio screen, but it’s still mostly functional. We will be back!

Great place 😉

I really love the third floor with the overlooking views. If you have younger children and or older family members that doesn’t like all the waves from the many other locations…this will be a great option. But with the location and cool breeze’s and everything you need to make a home cooked meal you can’t help but to love this place.

Tybee stay

I stayed with two young kids. We loved our stay. Perfect for us 3. My kids had the best time. The o my negative thing I have to say is maybe get the shower door looked at bc I almost got stuck in it and could t get it opened back up. Kept coming off the track. But other than that we loved our stay and the room was perfect for us.

Anniversary getaway

Property and location was wonderful. Floors were not very clean and shower floor had black stains that would not come off and our feet would stick to it. Everything else was clean , tidy and in place. We would try to come back to that property if we ever get the chance to come back. Thank you

Vacation Getaway

The price, location, complex as a whole, and the pool area were fabulous. However, the unit was very outdated. The couch sat too low to the floor and was very uncomfortable. The bed was so uncomfortable and horrible, we had to move the mattress to the living room floor after the second night just so we could get a decent nights sleep. And we had to buy a blackout curtain for the bedroom because the lights from the hallway were so bright it was like sleeping with the light on in the bedroom.

Decent if you're low maintenance

My friend and I had a great time while we were staying here. However, the property is pretty old and in some cases, basically falling apart. NOTE - you're only allowed one parking space, which is NOT called out on the listing. My friend and I arrived separately and had to figure out where to park our extra car all week (even though the property had plenty of open spaces throughout our entire stay, they did not make an exception.) One good thing is that the beach access is nice and the beach is not too crowded. It's close to bars, restaurants and attractions in Tybee. It's pretty difficult to get an Uber or Lyft into Savannah, so this probably isn't the best location if you're more interested in Savannah than Tybee. Would I stay here again? Probably, but only to save money if I wanted another low maintenance beach vacation.

Pretty perfect!

This unit was perfect for us! One of our party has mobility issues but there was a ramp into the building & an elevator to the third floor. The shower chair provided was also super helpful for them. The unit had decent basics so that making meals was easy & there were plenty towels & blankets. Even tho’ we were on the North side getting around to the pier & such was no hardship. Beach access is just across the parking lot which is also super convenient. It was great that the 2 parks on Tybee both had adaptive swings. At the Breakfast Club we had life changing waffles, & Savannah Praline’s Dole Whip was as good as that in Disney Parks! Savannah is so close it wasn’t a great production to just pop over for dinner or to look around. The Walmart & Publix were nice & close for picking up anything we’d forgotten or needed for meals. Everyone we met were so very welcoming & kind. 100% I’d rent from these folks again & 100% we’re coming back to Tybee!
