Tybee Trip

Everything was nice except the condo needs a deep cleaning especially the carpet. The location was exceptional and the views are amazing! We would stay in this area again.

The condo is beautiful and great for our mother daughter weekend. View from the condo was awesome to wake up and go to sleep too. Only down side and this was out of the control of the owner , the pool was locked on a sunny day. She sent a message to the property manager who said it was closed due to potential bad weather , if the pool is swim at your own risk, why wouldn’t it be open. The day it was locked was our only sunny day, LOL. My mother in law who is 90 really wanted to swim and couldn’t make it to the beach, but rules are rules and we made the best of it.

Girls weekend

Perfect spot for our girls weekend. Great location, beautiful sunrises and easy access to Savannah. Short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants.

This property was excellent for our girls trip! There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked, the view was beautiful, and the distance to the beach was so close and convenient. We had a great trip!

Beautiful view and location

The rooms were very big and accommodating. Master bath was huge. The view from the balcony was great with easy access to beach and pool. Tybee Island itself was peaceful and quiet.

Girls trip!

Beautiful view from the balcony of the sunrise. We enjoyed watching the ships pass as well. Wonderful condo for 4 girls on a getaway. All the amenities were supplied. Instructions for check in and out were clear. Nice clean quiet property.

Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place! It was not crowded. It was such a short walk to the beach (just right past the pool). We had a 1 year old and a 2 month old and it was perfect for them as well! This condo had everything you need!

Our stay was perfect! The Condo was perfect, the view was perfect and the communication with the Property Mgr was perfect. My Mother is in a wheel chair and having the elevator in the Suite was Perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great. We had plenty of space for me and my husband, my son and his wife, and my other son, his wife and our 2 grandchildren. The kitchen has anything you need with plenty of dinnerware and silverware for all. Overall the condo is beautiful with a beautiful view. It is located in a great location. The elevator is fabulous.

The property was clean and a beautiful location. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. We didn't have to reach out to the property manager; gaining entry to condo took us a bit - we were about to reach out when a kind sole came from elevator and had a great suggestion.

Nice accommodations. Close to the beach. Not crowded on the beach. Pool was smaller than we hoped it would be. Everyone had a good trip. We did get woke up by repair work one morning but nothing bad.

70th birthday celebration

Came with friends, who varied on several days, so the washer/dryer was great for sheets & towel changes. The condo was furnished with everything we needed! Communication with the host was easy, when one of the guests mistakenly took a parking pass home. We walked to several places from the convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet spot, this is it! Great location. It’s on the north end of the island. Parking provided was extremely nice to have. The beach was not crowded and beach chair rentals are available right off the access beside complex. Ten minutes to light house and fort. Short drive to restaurants downtown. Also short drive to Bull Creek for kayaking and jet ski rentals. We came with teens and they enjoyed the amenities in the complex and the short walk to the beach. Only a few shops on this end of the island, but enough to fill the touristy needs. Enjoyed our time.

Highlight is the elevator opening into the living room. Not really the highlight although an unexpected treat. This was my fifth annual solo birthday retreat to T.I. Had never stayed at this complex. The 3-bedrooms were more than I needed however the balcony view of the coastline was spectacular. No complaints whatsoever. I’ll be back.

Location location location

Amazing location: to the beach, to shops and food. Wake up and watch the ocean! Cannot be beat. Cold AC: Come back inside from a hot day walking and felt refreshed. Washer and dryer: I know what machines I will be buying for our family next! Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of beds for the six of us. Great television options. Easy communication to the host. Very easy. Dishwasher was great. Beds were comfy. Parking was safe and easy. Recommendation: bring beach towels and chairs. We will come back.

Didn't want to leave

Property is nice and clean, view was amazing. Felt very safe and secure. This is one of the best stocked properties we've ever rented. Easy to get in and out, super convenient parking. My only complaint has zero to do with the property itself. The condo on the opposite of the elevator side watched movies fairly late and extremely loud. Must have an amazing sound system. Not sure if that was just another short term guest or a resident, but it was just a mild inconvenience. We will be back for another stay here for sure.

Girls weekend

7 of us stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend. The unit was fine only the master suite bathroom did not have a door so when taking showers on one else could be in the room Plenty of kitchen dishes ,pots etc. However it was very confusing to enter the unit between the different codes and fob keys and the elevator opened into the room. It was not explained how to use the fob so it did not open on another . Pool was great beach was beautiful and I would stay here again

Desoto Review

The condo was very comfortable and a great place for my family to meet up for vacation. When we arrived on Thursday evening the floor was not clean. There was popcorn in the kitchen floor and sand all at the sliding glass door and entrance from the elevator. I swept and vacuumed immediately before the rest of our family arrived. It was too late to reach out and also nothing I couldn’t do myself. I just shouldn’t have had to. The rest of the week was great with no other issues. We enjoyed our stay.

SCAD Side Walk Arts Festival weekend

Very nice unit. Location was great. Great Beach access and the unit was clean and well stocked with towels, food prep ingredients, and all utensils pots/pans etc. We were traveling with a Sr. Citizen 80+ with mobility issues. It was great to have everything on one floor with a spectacular ocean view. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The only areas for improvement would be the television in double bedroom would only play one channel and the toilet heights were very low (not chair height (17+ inches seat to floor). Low toilets can be an accessibility impediment for people who have limited mobility or no use of legs. Although we asked, we never received confirmation from the host that the elevator was in working order prior to our trip. Despite these issues we would stay there again.
