Cleanliness for an older hotel. The court yard was so nice with the fire towers that you could sit around. Enjoyed the stay.

No housekeeping in the room. No phone in room. Called front desk from my cell phone to get more towels but never answered. Not a busy season at all and they gave us a room across the street behind the hotel (parking lot practically empty).

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach which is nice. When we first arrived at the hotel, we were given a room that was horrible. The floors were disgustingly dirty and one of the pillows had makeup on it. I went to the front desk and told the attendant. He was very nice and understanding. He gave us a room that was much nicer.

Room was ready on time. Woman at front desk was great. However that kind of where the review goes off the rails.. when we asked why no one cleaned our room the next day was told that house keeping had only one person and she just couldn’t get to our room. We went and dropped off our towels at the laundry ourselves and got some new ones. Overall cleanliness just wasn’t there. I wiped down the floor myself and you could tell they really hadn’t been mopped in awhile.

The location is excellent. The property is on par with others in the area with regards to condition. The price was excellent compared to its closest neighbors. The kitchenette was a bonus.

The inn is separated into two buildings and in the middle of it is a road which makes it very inconvenient going in and out of the area.

Closeness of parking was nice. Room was fine for the price except for loud A/C window unit. Staff was friendly and nice. Didn’t like so many people smoking outside our room with smoking cans of sand provided. Pier and ocean is very close short walk. WiFi was good.

We stayed 2 nights and found our room 111 very clean and roomy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Easy to walk to the beach. What else is there when you visit the beach??? Chair and umbrella’s available to rent for the day, and cocktails at the pier.

The first room was dirty sink was falling apart, old bathroom torn dirty carpet smelled like mildew, beds were Mis- matched. Dingy bedding. Second room not awful, but old bathroom old and falling apart.
