Can’t beat the view!

View of the ocean is as promised! Great view of the sunrise everyday of our stay. Just a few steps from the beach, many restaurants & coffee shop. Cannot beat this location!!!

Tybee beachfront

The condo was clean and in a great location. The bathrooms were a little outdated compared to the rest of the condo but ok. While there were only 2 of us staying, this rental would be very good for a family. Its large enough to not be cramped and in a great walking distance to most things. Nice to wake up to the oceanfront view.

Daughter's Graduation girl trip weekend

Overall stay was great. Location was perfect, the unit was very nice and roomy. The beds were also very comfy. Only complaint was AC not working for a majority of the stay. We ended up with 2 of 4 nights without AC. Luckily there were some extra fans. Management was very responsive and tried to offer us other units to which we turned down. First night we could have slept in a unit a floor down. We drcided to stick it out for what we thought would be one night. The mext evening we had AC but the flooimg afternoon it stopped working again. We were offered to sleep in another unit the 2nd night but it was a 3 minute walk . We decided that wasn't convenient considering we had to be up at 3am to get ready to leave and didnt want to make the walk at that time. We appreciated the offers but based on what I paid for the rental, an offer for some sort of refund for the inconvenience would have been much more appreciated.

An honest and full review: We loved our stay!! The condo was comfortable and the location was great. Can’t beat the short walk to local restaurants, shops, pier or the ocean/beach right across the street! Perfect amount of starter supplies to give us time to get settled and shop for what we’d need for the week. The Elevator was down and pool closure x 2 was frustrating. Consider offering an accommodation at another local condo pool or accommodate guests with day passes at a community pool in Savannah! The Condo size and household items with in the condo were perfect for our family. The beds, and furniture were comfortable. Loved the large modern fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer within the condo. The central air in the family shared kitchen, dining area, and living room functioned perfectly refreshing us from a hot humid July in Georgia. The bedroom air in the front and back bed rooms didn’t work very well and the rooms could have been cooler for better comfort while sleeping. Conversely, the middle room temperature was very comfortable . We were offered stand alone fans which made it tolerable, but the air still felt stagnant and less comfortable in those two bedrooms mentioned. A few updates and repairs are needed, but those didn’t bother us considering the comfort and convenience of the condo as a whole. Would I recommend this condo and return for another wonderful vacation? Absolutely!!

Great property and close to shops and restaurants! The condo is probably the best stocked one we have ever stayed in. And it had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. Only con was the pool only being open until 5. Would have loved to have been able to go down later and enjoy it.

Great place to stay on tybee. So convenient for the beach and shops. The rental company was very responsive. Very nice kitchen. Would happily come back and stay again!

The property was in a perfect location and very clean. It was spacious and well-equipped. However, if you want a property with the pool on site this property is not for you. The pool is off site and you would need to pack up the family and drive

Wonderful beach sunrise views from bed!

We ended up loving this Tybee Island vacation spot. Even though there was a parking lot between us & the beach, we were able to view the sunrise right from the sumptuously comfortable King master bed. We could slightly make out the surf sounds with shut windows. The appliances were updated & there were also USB/AC outlets on each side of the bed. The TV had Samsung channels, as well as streaming for Netflix, Amazon & Disney. Not sure if these options were from a previous renter or if those streaming options come with the unit? No cable stations like HGTV. Built-in night lights in the bathrooms. The location in January was fairly quiet, although we could hear some activity from the restaurant/bar next door. The last day we were there, a huge tent was erected in the parking lot, for the YMCA half-marathon, which obstructed our view of the pier. The event brought in many visitors. Pier 16 Restaurant easily walkable. Our favorite restaurant was the Deck Beach Bar & Kitchen, which DOES have parking. It was my birthday & they gave me a free lava cake with ice cream. We could easily walk SW to the end of the island on the beach within 5-10 minutes & view the sunsets. The sofa was great for watching TV, plenty of utensils, plates & bowls, 2 beach chairs, & a beach cart. The parking spots were roomy enough for our large sedan & easy to park in. A great beach for walking, Ft. Pulaski & many other nature trails nearby. Savannah only a 30-minute drive. Yes, we would stay here again!

December getaway

Upon arrival we discovered the guest bathroom had been used and the fecal matter not flushed. There was also a used wash cloth left in guest shower and a random sock in one of the guest bedrooms. The property manager responded promptly and cleaned up the bathroom mess. This was a wonderful home to stay at despite the not so pleasant arrival finds. We would definitely stay again!

Property was just as described. Condo was clean and pictures were exact. View was excellent. Pool was clean and sitting was wonderful. Anything you could want, pubs, shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property. Manager responded to all our requests quickly.

Great with a couple exceptions

Beautiful place in a great location. No blow dryer available and it would be nice if there were beach towels available. Only issue was that the sliding door to the deck wouldn’t open. Luckily there was another door through a bedroom. We had a wonderful time despite the small inconveniences. The beds were super comfortable.

Southern Belle Delight: A Condo Escape to Remember

If you're searching for a vacation spot that's more than just a bland box with four walls, look no further than Southern Belle Properties. Trust me, I've stayed in places where the highlight was a particularly enthusiastic cockroach. But this condo? Oh boy, it's like they sprinkled a little slice of paradise into every corner. First off, communication was smoother than a jazz saxophonist's solo. Southern Bell Properties had us feeling like VIPs from the get-go. They were as responsive as a teenager's text message when they hear there's free pizza. No waiting around wondering if our reservation had disappeared into the Bermuda Triangle of bookings. Location, oh sweet location! Not only was the condo nestled in a prime spot, but there's also a little slice of culinary heaven right next door at Fannie's. And no, I'm not talking about your Aunt Fran's cooking (though I'm sure it's lovely). Fannies was the cherry on top of our stay, serving up delicious bites and tantalizing drinks. It's like they knew we'd need a place to refuel after all the adventures we had. Speaking of adventures, our time here was nothing short of amazing. Whether we were lounging in the condo or exploring the nearby attractions, every moment was filled with fun and relaxation. Southern Belle Properties, take a bow because you've won our hearts—and our future vacation plans.
