The Accommodations

Beachside Villa is fully equipped with all the makings of a stellar vacation. When you first drive up to this stunning two-story home, you have your choice of eight free, off-street parking spots. The private, gated entrance leads to an incredible outdoor living space, complete with a large swimming pool, pergola, outdoor shower and plenty of seating to suit everyone in your party. Completely fenced for safety and privacy, the pool is just one of the perks that makes Beachside Villa such a marvel.

Each fully furnished apartment has its own private entrance, offering quiet time away from group activities whenever the need arises. Beachside Villa boasts two ground-floor apartments and three second-floor units. Every unit features a king-sized bed and smart TV in each bedroom, a large smart TV and sofa in the living room, and kitchens with sparkling new appliances. All the furnishings and décor are new as of 2023.

Each unit is unique in character, but each one includes everything you need to feel at home, from pillows and bedding to a supply of plush towels. Each apartment features a sitting area with comfortable couches and chairs plus fresh maritime décor. There's a dining table and chairs in every unit.

Each kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, range-oven, microwave and coffee maker. Like all the kitchens in Tybee Island vacation homes, we fill the drawers and cupboards with flatware, glasses, dishes, cookware and cooking utensils.

Ceiling fans throughout each apartment, inside and out, help you regulate the temperature according to your comfort level. Of course, each unit has heating and air conditioning too. There are washer dryer sets in each apartment for your use.

Ground floor units feature their own covered, outdoor seating area on raised wood decking with palm trees. Second floor apartments open to a covered balcony. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
