We were a multigenerational family on a family vacation. We wanted to be close to the beach so the teens could play, but the adults didn't have to be on the beach the whole time. And, we wanted everyone to have a bed. This spacious property was just perfect. The kids could be on the beach and we adults could relax on the porch and watch the kids. We walked to the coffee shop and shops, spent a day in Savannah, and spent time seeing Tybee sights. The property was in an excellent location for everything we wanted to do. We also spent a lot of time cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen was full of anything we needed and nice quality things too. We thoroughly enjoyed many hours walking the beach and enjoying the boats and dolphins from the porch. We had a wonderful trip and made many memories and will definitely be back!

Amazing views

Dolphins out the window every day! Easy to get to the beach and pool.Disappointment with the management. We had trouble with the internet and only got automated responses. We were there for 5 days and elevator was out of order for 3. No notice... no sign... no communication. We had someone with a disability in our group and this made it very hard on her.

Best dolphin views in Tybee Island

The bay view was amazing and we saw more dolphins per day than we have in most entire vacations elsewhere. We saw more dolphins from the balcony than we did on our dolphin cruise...which stops right in front of Bay View Villas. The beach and pool was nice and the condo unit was clean and comfortable. Other than thin walled construction that allows you to hear your upstairs and next door neighbors every move, we had a great stay.

The property was clean and spacious for a family. It is right on the water. The island is small and sweet and it is easy to get around. One note, although you can swim there, we did end up driving to the other beaches every day as we preferred them for swimming. These were only a handful of minutes away and super easy to get to. They had more people and had a more open ocean feel to them. While the condo was great and in a perfect spot for quiet and long walks on the beach, if you’re looking for that type of beach you may end up driving to South or No

A great island vacation condo, best kitchen at a VRBO

A great condo with wonderful ocean view and best kitchen we’ve had at VRBO. One problem - hard to fix and not a fault of the landlord - upstairs guests stomped into the late night. The building itself is not well sound insulated.

Loved the sunsets

We loved the beachy vibe of this well-appointed condo. Very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The unit was very clean. The sunsets from the deck were amazing. Lots of fun shops and restaurants nearby and the boardwalk to the beach was great!

Great beach front property for families!

We had our first family vacation with our three kiddos (5, and twin two year olds) and this place did not disappoint! We were able to get to the beach and the pool very easily and the beach itself was great for little kids because the waves were calm! We saw a bunch of dolphins and the house itself was very clean and cozy! We would definitely recommend it and stay there again if they would have us!

The location and view of the water from this property is awesome. This section of the beach is not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great Location

This property was in a great location! About 20 minutes from Savannah making day trips convenient and easily accessible. Daily dolphin sightings from the beach and balcony. I would suggest bringing some type of cart as there are no luggage racks/carriers on the property.

Disappointed

Let me start with the positives. Great location, short walk to the beach which was never crowded, spacious condo, plenty of room. However that being said this condo is very far from clean. The master shower and all toilets are molded and stained. All cushions, the couch, throw pillows and area rug in the living room Stained and very dirty. Food on the floor under couch that was not ours. The worst part was the noise level. The building itself has nothing to absorb sound. We had a large group in the condo above us and every sound was magnified. Scooting furniture on tile floors, opening and closing doors, walking across the floor (which they did constantly day and night). When I say loud, a fan, ear plugs plus a pillow over my head and I could still hear it clearly. It is a shame because this could be a nice place

Dolphins Galore!

Love, love, love this trip! I didn't want to go home. We had a couple hiccups but the property managers were very quick to respond and fix the hiccups the same day and were so nice and helpful. We will be back next year for sure.

Great location, needs some updates

Location can't be beat. Balcony views incredible. Dolphins all day long, spectacular sunsets. Private, gated building. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to all the attractions. Kitchen well stocked and overall the space is nice . But, its time for a deep cleaning and some replacement furniture. The couch is very dirty and stained , the toss pillows in the living room and window seat are stained, the rugs in all the bedrooms worn out, the area rug in the living room is stained an worn out, mold in both the showers, dead bugs on the window sills. With a little attention this property would be 5 stars!

Amazing condo!

Absolutely amazing condo! From the cleanliness to stunning views we could not have asked for more on our family vacation. The layout of the condo is perfect with the many bedrooms and bathrooms as well as open living room/kitchen to the ocean view. Extremely convenient to pool and beach. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you for a great first trip to Tybee!

Excellent location

This property is extremely well located on picturesque Tybee Island. The condo entrance is very close to the assigned covered parking space, pool, elevator, stairs, and beach access. It couldn’t be more conveniently located. The property is relatively quiet and located on the bay end of the island. In the early morning it was like walking on your own private beach. Gorgeous! The views of the water and sunset were stunning from the balcony and we could see dolphins swimming every evening. The condo was well equipped with thoughtful touches like board games, clean bath towels, plenty of toilet paper, fans, and extra blankets. The condo is perfectly decorated for the beach and the furnishings were cozy and comfortable. There were only two issues of mild concern- the condo was not entirely clean (pink mold in bathroom sinks, stained toilets, overall musty smell, dirty carpets in bedrooms, some dirty kitchen items), and the bed in the master was very hard/firm and not very comfortable for me- but I do have a bad back, so it may be comfortable for others. Customer service was excellent- my son forgot his iPad At the condo and after a phone call to the office, they found it right away and agreed to ship it back directly to my home. This was so appreciated! Overall, I would highly recommend this property for those looking for incredible water views and convenient access to just about everything.

Great Tybee property

We stayed for 5 nights in October. The condo was clean, well maintained and updated. We loved the balcony! It had wonderful views and we saw many pods of dolphins and ships. It was a very relaxing stay and we would stay at this property again.

Amazing stay in Tybee

We could not have asked for a better stay in Tybee!! The weather was perfect, the condo was absolutely gorgeous, and the location is so perfect! We watched the sunrise & sunset and dolphins swim every morning & evening, went back and forth between the beach & pool, and just literally had the most relaxing trip EVER. The few things I'm about to list did not impact our overall vacation, but are things to be aware of: 1. The refrigerator should really be updated - it's the only thing that isn't totally gorgeous AND functional in the unit! (it was basically wet inside the whole time and was a pain to open because the seal was coming apart). Literally everything else is brand new and in immaculate condition! 2. The elevator kept breaking down while we were there - we actually ended up enjoying using the stairs (extra drinks at the beach!!) but if you require an elevator, it's a concern with the whole building (not specific to this unit)

Great family vacation

This was a great property for us. Seeing dolphins everyday from the balcony was a highlight. There isn't much for waves since it is on the river side which was great for the 2 year old. We loved how quiet the beach was as well. The condo was beautiful, the kitchen has lots of dish options. Thank you for a relaxing vacation property.
