Beach getaway

We enjoyed staying at the property. Location was great for beach access and some of the shops and restaurants. It ws also easy to spend time in Savannah from there.

Great location for a quiet winter break.

Tybee Island is super quiet in the winter and this condo is in a great location, directly across the street from the each and with wonderful sunrises. Unit was clean and nicely furnished.

Beautiful view great location

The property was clean. The view from the balcony is perfection. It was very easy to walk to the stores and restaurants in that part of town. I didn’t cook while I was there but it looked like it had all of the things you need. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful view once inside this 3rd floor condo , the stairs were a bit much for a holiday vacation, the bathrooms could use an update as well, but overall we were comfortable and will go back again

The day before our arrival, the unit we originally reserved became unavailable due to an issue. However, the property manager, Southern Belle, promptly informed us, apologized, and arranged for this unit as a replacement. This property was nicely decorated - with just enough of a beach theme to make it feel like a true vacation getaway, complemented by some upscale touches. It was well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located close to the beach. A thoughtful bonus was the included wheeled cooler, which made beach trips much easier. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance, with even more options just a short drive away. Overall, it was a great experience - both with the property itself and with Southern Belle’s responsiveness and service. We would definitely consider staying at this property again on our next visit to Tybee Beach.

Prime location!

Perfect location for a view and great food. Walking distance to restaurants, several different beach entrances, pier, shops. Bathrooms and kitchen was clean. Floor needed a good scrubbing is the only complaint. Beds were comfortable. Couch had some stains but it was the most comfortable couch and I wish I could’ve taken it with me. All the stairs leading up to the condo felt a little unsturdy. This location allows for a golf cart, we rented a gas one and had a blast. We utilized our second parking spot for it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Prime location

Property was with in walking distances of shopping and restaurants. Veiws of the ocean and beach was fantastic. Would highly recommend this Property to anyone traveling to tybee .

Property is located in the perfect place on Tybee. 2 min walk and toes are in the sand! Condo was immaculate, comfortable and well appointed. Would 100% stayb here again.

Really nice, great location. In check in information, it would be really helpful to describe the parking spot, maybe a picture that shows where you pull in. Finding it in the dark was very hard, took 3 passes around the building. While the bed space technically sleeps 6, it would be very crowded in the common space. 4 is plenty.

Relaxing Anniversary Getaway

The condo was great, lots of room, awesome view of the ocean, great view of the sunrise and a short walk down the beach to see the sunset. The condo was very clean and had all you needed to cook in or have a few drinks. Definitely keeping this one on our list for vacation spots! Any small issues, like a light out were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Managements communication was awesome and they were very professional and friendly

Great location near pier and restaurants

The space was nice and fine for 2 of us. But the kitchen was sparse. There were only 3 teaspoons and 5 coffee cups which we had to handwash because it wasn’t enough to run dishwasher but we needed to be able to use them for coffee, cereal, ice cream etc. It sleeps 4 so there should be enough silverware for 4 for more than a single use. The lock batteries were dead when we arrived so we could not get in but they sent maintenance pretty quickly. Luckily it was not late at night. There were a couple of other minor issues that did not bother us but we reported them (lightbulb out in kitchen, laundry room doors that were off track.

Had a little trouble getting into the property the first time because I wasn't sure which way to turn the dead bolt but after that it was easy. Also the water in the sink in the bathroom of the bedroom with the big bed there was not a lot of water pressure. Other then that we had a great stay.

Had a Few Issues

Beautiful place and view. Very clean! Only one person can shower at a time or no hot water. Washing Machine probably needs a new belt. Smells like gas or burning rubber when using Thermostat does not work at all. If someone parks in your spot Southern Belle will not help at all! They told me to call police, police said privatel property can’t do anything, police said to have it towed. Southern Belle doesn’t tow and doesn’t have an answer about what to do. People should have parking explained since you can’t see it from the street.
