Great location for a quiet winter break.

Tybee Island is super quiet in the winter and this condo is in a great location, directly across the street from the each and with wonderful sunrises. Unit was clean and nicely furnished.

Relaxing Anniversary Getaway

The condo was great, lots of room, awesome view of the ocean, great view of the sunrise and a short walk down the beach to see the sunset. The condo was very clean and had all you needed to cook in or have a few drinks. Definitely keeping this one on our list for vacation spots! Any small issues, like a light out were addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Managements communication was awesome and they were very professional and friendly

Really nice, great location. In check in information, it would be really helpful to describe the parking spot, maybe a picture that shows where you pull in. Finding it in the dark was very hard, took 3 passes around the building. While the bed space technically sleeps 6, it would be very crowded in the common space. 4 is plenty.

Beautiful view great location

The property was clean. The view from the balcony is perfection. It was very easy to walk to the stores and restaurants in that part of town. I didn’t cook while I was there but it looked like it had all of the things you need. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful view once inside this 3rd floor condo , the stairs were a bit much for a holiday vacation, the bathrooms could use an update as well, but overall we were comfortable and will go back again

Great Location

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was the best location, a minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Can't speak to how the pool was as it was under maintenance while we were there.

Good times in Tybee

BLUF: Nice place, great location. First time renting from Southern Belle Vaca Rentals. Everything went well, from check in to check out. Location is prime for Tybee south beach. The unit had everything you would expect. Clean linens, TV's with Roku, and good appliances. Only complaint, if I could find one, would be the bathrooms needing some money put into them - but it wasn't a big enough detraction to not rent it again.

Had a little trouble getting into the property the first time because I wasn't sure which way to turn the dead bolt but after that it was easy. Also the water in the sink in the bathroom of the bedroom with the big bed there was not a lot of water pressure. Other then that we had a great stay.

Great family vacation

Tybee Island is wonderful! Such a great beach town. This property has a great location close to shops and restaurants. Directly across the street from the 17th street beach access. Wonderful deck for your morning coffee or relaxing at night after a long day at the beach. The beds we’re comfortable and everything was clean. Kitchen has all new appliances. I would recommend staying. Oh and if you want your kids to take surf lessons try Hot sushi’s surf camp. He teaches groups one block away on 18th St. I would highly recommend that for your kids.

Perfect for us

Easy process. Located right near pier with great sunrise view from this unit. We like that the next block has food and drink it’s so close. Seems it is off-season since it was very quiet. Didn’t see an elevator but we didn’t mind stairs to the unit on the second level.

Prime location!

Perfect location for a view and great food. Walking distance to restaurants, several different beach entrances, pier, shops. Bathrooms and kitchen was clean. Floor needed a good scrubbing is the only complaint. Beds were comfortable. Couch had some stains but it was the most comfortable couch and I wish I could’ve taken it with me. All the stairs leading up to the condo felt a little unsturdy. This location allows for a golf cart, we rented a gas one and had a blast. We utilized our second parking spot for it. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Spring break

An older unit with some updates but good location to the beach and the strip in Tybee Island. Layout makes it feel larger than it is. Our only issue is, with the garage underneath, the stairs got to us for this ‘second floor unit’. It’s up two flights of stairs and the last set seem steeper. We would have packed lighter suitcases had we known—one for a week between two of us was heavy going up. Easy booking, easy check in, and we were blessed to get in earlier than expected. Noticed the upstairs neighbor just a little. Host very responsive and proactive during our visit. We’d stay here again, just maybe on the ‘first floor’.

Had a Few Issues

Beautiful place and view. Very clean! Only one person can shower at a time or no hot water. Washing Machine probably needs a new belt. Smells like gas or burning rubber when using Thermostat does not work at all. If someone parks in your spot Southern Belle will not help at all! They told me to call police, police said privatel property can’t do anything, police said to have it towed. Southern Belle doesn’t tow and doesn’t have an answer about what to do. People should have parking explained since you can’t see it from the street.

Great location near pier and restaurants

The space was nice and fine for 2 of us. But the kitchen was sparse. There were only 3 teaspoons and 5 coffee cups which we had to handwash because it wasn’t enough to run dishwasher but we needed to be able to use them for coffee, cereal, ice cream etc. It sleeps 4 so there should be enough silverware for 4 for more than a single use. The lock batteries were dead when we arrived so we could not get in but they sent maintenance pretty quickly. Luckily it was not late at night. There were a couple of other minor issues that did not bother us but we reported them (lightbulb out in kitchen, laundry room doors that were off track.
