My Thoughts...hope it helps

We will return next year to Tybee & will contact the rental management company, they were great from start to finish! The complex layout is very confusing so have the site map in hand. Your 1st impression will be: underground parking, & you'll ask where do I park & where is my unit?The onsite Restaurant was more than we expected. They do a good job with food, drinks & service. The complex is well maintained & beautiful. Our unit was as expected, we had a few issues, coffee maker was replaced within a couple of hrs & the unit above us spilled water into our shower every time our upstairs neighbors took a shower. Thankfully it was towards the end of our weeklong stay.

Shower ceiling

Everything was fine except the shower ceiling which had a lot of black mold showing. Dangerous and not pleasing.

Spacious and clean 2 bed/2bath condo overlooking the beautiful pools and gardens and the Atlantic ocean. Condo had everything a couple or family would want and need and it made our stay so much more enjoyable. It was great to have the kitchen, laundry in unit, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, balcony, and 3 televisions! Close to everything whether you drove or walked and very safe.

Beautiful property & perfect location

We loved this place. The condo was beautiful. Looks just like the photos and way bigger than I thought it would be. The pool & restaurant/bar staff was great. So many things to do near by. Beach was perfect walking distance. Parking was great. No issues with anything. We got to enjoy and your the island and also go into Savannah which was close too. So thankful we found this place and chose it because it was perfect :)

Great view. Finding the unit was a PITA.

Spent an hour looking for our unit. There is not an easy way to find the numbers and they make no sense when looking for the buildings.

Bed linens were not clean in master

The bed linens in master had hair dust & pieces of grass on them. Luckily I always bring my own sheets, went to change, the mattress cover had a pee stain on it. Moulding etc looked like it hadn't been dusted in a long time. Master shower floor was stained, looked dirty. Wore my beach sandals in the shower. Location was good, but unit in need of updating & deep cleaning. Pool was unavailable, but I knew it might not be. Not impressed with the unit. Would not stay there again.

Ok Stay

The property was as pictured. Checkin was great. The view was pretty good as well. But the cleanliness needs to be addressed. You could see and smell that the throw rug had pet stains so we rolled that up and put it outside. Mopped the entire condo and wiped down all surfaces. The kitchen smelled like old ketchup and one of the dish had old food. So, we cleaned the kitchen and all dishes before use.

Everything was great. I did think the beach views were going to be better and finding the room was a little confusing because of how the property is laid out. Not a big deal though. We had a blast and the room was clean, comfortable, and nice.

family vacation

had a great vacation here. very very hot and humid beautiful ocean view from our condo. it is just sad they have to keep closing the pools down every couple hours. watched them do the "cleaning" process. all they did was just hardly sprayed the chairs. our condo was nice but appliances need a major upgrade but I would stay here again

Nice pet friendly condo

The condo was very well stocked. Black out curtains in the master bedroom would be very helpful as there is a very bright light in the hallway right outside the window that shines in and keeps the room from getting dark at night. Note: Dogs are not allowed on the beaches in Tybee.

Nice place for our family, close to beach and easy drive to the convention center in town

Place is as shown in the pictures, has the necessities, the master bedroom desperately needs some black out curtains for the windows as a bright fluorescent light stays on all night right outside the window and comes right through the shades. Other than that, have zero complaints, we travel often and always stay in homes, place was clean and as advertised, check in was easy and check out as well.
