Property was so nice and clean. Our patio was our favorite spot that had ocean views. Location was awesome and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the pool, the beach, and other cute places. Property manager was absolutely the best and answered our messages very quickly. We will be staying again.Only recommendation, if you have smaller kids, try to get the condo on the bottom part of the house.

Perfect location

This property is perfect! Short walk to the Pier, shopping, and restaurants/bars. The interior is super comfy and designed so beautifully. Every detail is perfect! My daughter (24) and I (66), had a wonderful time.

Great getaway for 3 generations

Clean and great location. Had 3 generations including teenagers and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable and view from deck was amazing. Great communication from host. The pool was closed for a couple days for maintenance, but that is about the only negative from our stay.

Comfortable and spacious enough for the 6 of us. Dining room rug was very dirty and we would have liked at least 6 coffee mugs but overall a great vrbo in convenient location.

Great getaway!

We were so pleased with this condo. Everything was so clean and the furnishings were very nice. The back deck has a wonderful view of the ocean. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, the master bedroom pillows could use an update. Other than that, we thought everything was perfect and we willl look to stay here again!!!

Perfection!

This property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable. The decor was inviting. The porch was very large and a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean. It is in a perfect location. The boardwalk to the beach is very close and convenient. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk away. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great experience

If you want a great way to experience Tybee Island & Savanna area, this is your place. Great views of the Atlantic & nice locations close by for eateries. Short drive to Savannah to explore the shops & riverwalk. Definitely would recommend.

A week at the beach

Wonderful stay at Tybee Island and at Once Upon a Tide. Accommodations were excellent exactly as described. Beach, touring the island the shops and restaurants were perfect for our visit And as a bonus the production crew for the filming of new movie was being filmed just down the street from our retreat What a bonus We will certainly keep VRBO the next time we think of hitting the beach again

3 Ladies Fall Getaway

OUAT#1 was an excellent location for our ladies getaway. It was roomy & decorated in modern farmhouse style. Beds were comfortable. Oversized deck was very nice for relaxing in the mornings & late afternoons. Unit is close enough to walk into Tybee town. We highly recommend OUAT #1. being hlproblem

Perfect Location

Excellent stay in Tybee, perfect sunrise views and just a minute walk to the beach. I would recommend this spot to anyone with a kid or two. The condo was clean and comfortable even in the middle of a tropical storm. I would absolutely book again. If you plan on staying here just a note; you are next to a beach sand will get everywhere, plan accordingly.

The place was amazing…even better than the pictures. The communication from rental till checkout was spot on. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need except food. Nice grocery store short drive away.

It was a wonderful property. It was very comfortable and clean. 5 adults and 2 young kids enjoyed the size of the property, the outdoor patio, and the proximity to the beach access. Literally the only thin i would say could be improved is labeling the light switches (because there are so many) and the front patio door is difficult to open (just have to put your back into it). Overall it was amazing and i will definitely book there again!!g

Loved the location, condo size, layout, features and cleanliness. Only negative: full size beds in one bedroom were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, 5 stars!!

Weekend Trip with Family

This property was just as advertised and was very roomy and comfortable for the family. The only change that might increase the enjoyment of future stays would be curtains in the great room and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise, this was a great experience for everyone. I would recommend this property.
