Good choice for family beach week

House has plenty of gathering and sleeping rooms with a bath in each bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach is close by - easy walk for beach and restaurants/shops/grocery. Be aware that the living is on the top floor - you have to climb stairs. We stayed over 4th of July and could see the Tybee Island Fireworks from the balcony.

Beautiful and close to beach

This property was beautful just like the pictures. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen on 3rd floor was a long haul with groceries but huge fridge, nice stove and oven all you needed to make meals. Walk to the beach was short. Had an issue with a bathroom that was unable to get fixed during our stay but we were able to still enjoy our stay fully. Was fine for 10 guests, but in case of friend gruops that may want privacy 2 stayed on an airbed in the living room. But there is a full bathroom on that floor. Parking was easy too.

Family Vacation

The property was just as the pictures showed. It was clean and felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. The original refrigerator went out before we arrived and they had a loaner refrigerator that was too small for a family staying a week. They did deliver another loaner fridge but we still had to go to the grocery store on a daily basis. The management company did work with us and did what they could to try and rectify the situation. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the home was beautiful.

This was the perfect house for my sisters bachelorette party. It was a little bit further from downtown Savannah than we had thought but such a cute house, decorated so fun and perfect for our girls weekend!
