Great location!

The house is amazing and is well kept. The pool table was the best part and it was fun to play pool as a family the whole weekend. The host was great in communicating and provided everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book this house again, the beach is right there!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. It was great to be able to enjoy family time, playing pool and being so close to the beach. Would definitely book this house again. It has so much room!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location and view. Kind of odd with downstairs bedrooms facing outdoors. There were NO supplies; bought toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, papwer towels, etc. KInda stingey with one towel per person, no beach towels - at a beach cottage. Location and room for lots of people.

Nice getaway

The accommodations fit our family of 11 (varying ages) very well… especially since the teenager could have her own room However, the ice maker isn’t working and the kitchen sink sprayer is stuck on…. Hopefully these things will be fixed before our next visit.

Weird home layout

Two of the bedrooms are under the house and are accessed from the outside. The one bathroom for these two bedrooms is also outside making it very inconventient. It would not be safe to have young kids separated downstairs in this setting.

Clean and great location

House worked perfect for our bachelorette trip. Great location right on the beach, caught some amazing sunrises. Could have used more paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

Great property, would stay again

The property is direct beachfront and located conveniently near many attractions and restaurants on Tybee. It was perfect for our group of 6 and could comfortably sleep more in 5 bedrooms. The screened porch overlooking the ocean was a great spot to hang out! Kitchen was well equipped, property was clean and as advertised. Beautiful house and we had a great weekend!

Fabulous location

The house was spacious and perfectly situated on the beach but close to many restaurants! We had 3 boys under 5 and it was perfect! If we werent at the beach, then we were on the porch listening to the beach watching the cargo ships. It is also so close yo Savannah! Highly recommended!

Amazing Location

Amazing house located in a perfect location close to shops and restaurants. Absolutely everything you need for the beach is provided and then some. The screened porch on the top level with the pool table was heaven. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay on Tybee Island

We really enjoyed this house during our stay on Tybee Island. The house was clean and all the bedrooms were great! We loved walking on the beach and walking to some restaurants or taking a short drive to shopping and other restaurants. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Tybee Dunes

Lovely spot!! My favorite thing was the location and watching the cargo ships coming and going! Well appointed rental! Beds were mostly comfortable. Could've used more hand towels and kitchen towels, so we bought some new ones and left them there. Great beach equipment! Rental agency was very accommodating with any requests! We would definitely return here!!!

Awesome Rental on the ocean

Beautiful home with tons of natural light and view of the ocean. All the amenities and outside seating for the perfect relaxing vacation. This home is up to date with a beautiful relaxing decor. Our family had a really nice time in this vacation rental. Highly recommend!!!

Girls Weekend Tybee 2023

12 ladies enjoyed celebrating their 55th bday staying on the beach! The house was perfect for us. Fun places right their in the neighborhood. In and out of downtown Savannah was easy enough too.

Great Location for Multi-Generational Families

Great place to stay with different age groups! We had everything from 76-13 and there was room for all. Put the big kids downstairs since they tend to stay up later... I was a little worried about noise but that was not an issue at all. The beach is super close, but it was a little difficult for my 76yo Dad, to make it over the dune. Outdoor space was great, and everyone enjoyed the pool table. Plenty of seating for everyone... including a big table for family dinners. Lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas... we didn't wish for anything. Lovely place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Unbelievable

Had a trip planned to Savannah & Tybee, none of us had been before but the location surpassed all expectations. Clean, right on the water, plenty of amenities and a great neighborhood. All questions answered quickly, no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a great family vacation!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! You can't beat the location nor the proximity to the beach! It has plenty beach amenities including a wagon to early load the beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach for the day. The house is very nice and clean with plenty of room for all 9 of us adults. Great communication from the management company! The dishwasher didn't work the first 4 days of our stay, but Kelly went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable by bringing over paper plates and utensils until it was fixed. We also received a reasonable refund for the 4 days without it. We would visit again for sure! It's a great vacation house!

Beautiful Home & View!

This was our first year taking our family trip to Tybee Island and I must say this was the perfect house for my family! The house was very clean when we arrived and you cannot top the view of the ocean from every window. You also watch the sun rise on the covered deck with coffee in hand and you are in your happy place! We even got to see dolphins swimming a few of the days! It was great that they had all beach accessories for all 10 of us including the wagon to take those items to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook with. The location is also within walking distance to many restaurants and the local grocery store. I really can’t say enough about this home, it was prefect!

Amazing views, great beach!

I couldn't ask for a better experience. The house is clean and comfortable. The downstairs rooms gave a perfect place for teens to hang out, while the upstairs bunk room was fabulous for younger kids. Plenty of room to spread out, and enough common space so that 11 of us could play games or eat together. The screen porch is fabulous and we loved the pool table. The highlight of the house is its location. The views are sweeping and inspiring. A short walk over one sand dune and the whole uncrowded beach is yours. It's just two minutes to ice cream and a convenience store for necessities. Just an amazing week on Tybee!

Great memories made by the sea

Tybee Dunes far exceeded our expectations! This newly remodeled beach cottage was the perfect setting for our family vacation. You truly can see the ocean from every room. We enjoyed sunrises from the beach or the front porch. The parking is conveniently spacious, lots of outdoor space to play/relax. It is the cleanest beach house we’ve ever stayed at and the amenities are plentiful and in good shape—so nice to have beach chairs/umbrellas/toys already there as well as a cart to get everything to the beach. Spacious for eating and relaxing by the huge TV. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the young adults. The bathroom downstairs is reached from the outdoor area which wasn’t in issue for our younger adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tybee Dunes!!

Great location, beautiful view

Close to a lot of restaurants and daily needs. Just steps to the beach. It is really a nice house with a good ocean view. We had a door issue that the owner came over and fixed quickly. When we discovered that the dishwasher was broken, we notified the property manager but didnt hear back from anyone for the rest of the week we were there. The floors were not clean when we got there. The washer and dryer were old and made alot of noise. It seems for the price of this place per night, they could have nice working appliances.
