Great weekend

Location has nice condos, with pools and beach access. The restaurant on location is nice, and just a short distance from a lot to choose from on Tybee Island. Savannah is just a short drive down the road. Plenty to keep you busy, or just relax in the sun.

Tyree visit

Basic coastal condo. Equipped with everything we needed. Convenient parking, elevator and beach access. Timely communication on access codes and related info. No real complaints, though there wasn’t a single clothes hanger in the condo.

2 Night Vacation Stay

This condo was lovely and location as described. Condo was clean and well appointed with everything you need for a pleasant vacation stay. However our check-in did not go well. We were instructed to find the on-site office where we would receive condo entry instructions and a parking pass. When we arrived the office was closed. After a series of phone calls and delays we finally received instructions by text. Our check-in “clitch” was upsetting and probably avoidable if check-in communication instructions were better.

Very relaxing stay, only minor feedback

The location and overall stay was great. The shower in the guest bathroom had a very tricky (backwards) faucet and it was really hard to get a good water temp. The slider door was also pretty tricky/sticky and left some family members sitting inside while they waited for stronger family to wake up and unjam the lock. Seems like they just need some little fixes. Thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start I would not describe this as “beachfront” there were other buildings behind us that hindered the ocean view. The view from our windows/balcony was the parking lot and building behind us. This was not a big deal to us but just for clarification to prospective renters. It was a short walk to the beach that we had private access to but the beach itself was not private. The unit we stayed in was very nice, seemed to be well kept and was clean upon arrival. We tried The Deck restaurant attached to the resort and really enjoyed the food. The pool was also very nice. My only personal complaint was the parking area. There were cement block walls and a portion that jutted out a foot or two from the wall near adult height, the walls were all the same color and I hit my head on this piece so hard I thought I might have to go to the ER. It was not clearly marked as a hazard. Although I am OK, this really put a damper on my vacation for a day or two. Otherwise the unit, location, staff and amenities were pretty great! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best family vacation! This was our first time to Tybee and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was very clean, and well stocked. The location to the beach, pool and restaurant were the best part! Everything on the island was within walking distance or a short drive. It was extra hot the week we were there and the A/C was having a hard time keeping up, so the condo was a little warm. Would recommend offering beach chairs for guests to use that couldn’t bring with them, the beach equipment rentals can get pricey for the week. We will definitely be back!

The condo was clean , beautiful and very comfortable. We had the best time. I think there should be a safety lock on the inside of the door so no one can just walk in , such as housekeeping 🤣I didn’t understand why the resort had trash pickup so early especially in Saturday after it was just done a day or 2 before. That was strange and sleep disturbing but overall it was wonderful. The staff that I encountered were so kind to us. Very helpful. Especially Doreen. Stacy herself saw to our stay and we appreciate her so much. We had a blast.

The resort had a nice pool and a good selection of food/drinks at the attached restaurant. We could walk to the north beach shops and restaurants easily, and the south beach ones were just a bit further in the opposite direction. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the three of us.

Tybee Get Away

Our trip to Tybee was great and the Summerwinds condo was the best! It was very clean and the view was great not to mention in close proximity to the beach! We would surely stay there again!
