“Das Zimmer war sauber, es haben zwei große Handtücher gefehlt, die wir aber auf Anfrage sofort bekommen haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der kostenlose Zugang zu Teatro Beach war super. Da dann dort so Anlage nutzen konnte war ausgezeichnet! Aber was ich nicht empfehlen kann ist das Essen. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted.

“There’s a reason this hotel has so many good reviews - it’s absolutely amazingly well run.
The rooms actually looked better in person than the pictures to our surprise.
I was also very impressed with the food as it was all fresh, healthy and the variety served was all done to a high quality. The staff were also exceptionally helpful.
The only minor issue was people reserving sun loungers at the pool but that’s common in many places. However the hotel has ample sun loungers on the beach which……

Als erstes vorweg, es steht zwar Sentido drauf ist aber maximal Sentido ligth drin. Im Vergleich zum Sentido Blue auf Kreta zwei Kategorien darunter. Zum positiven:
Personal wirklich top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Essen ist für ein AI-Buffet ok und abwechslungsreich aber die Getränke wie Wein, Cocktails, etc. sind billiger Fusel.
Die Poolanlagen sind sehr großzügig
Die Zimmer und Anlage insgesamt sehr sauber
