「We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water.
The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible.
I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews.
We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.」

「应该算Avon星级最高的酒店了，地点和外部环境不错，不过对游客来说住宿体验一般。首先，酒店的所谓欧陆早餐太简陋，基本上是汽车旅馆级别的，有钱的话还是去旁边的餐厅吃吧，酒店的附属餐厅还不错。其次，房间和设施比较老旧，床单居然有破损痕迹。最离谱的是我在网上全款预定，到酒店后还要收每天十几美金的所谓服务费，让人难以理解，总之，今后应该不会再选择这家酒店了，之前不适合旅行的人。」
