“Staff were very helpful and friendly ”

“非常舒適的住宿體驗，房間、浴室空間很大、床也很大很舒服。大廳很寬敞、古柯茶很香很濃郁。不過飯店位置在小巷子中，如果不搭乘計程車前往較不方便，距離兵器廣場大約5分鐘的走路路程。飯店的工作人員也都很親切、貼心。”

“A lovely, charming place to stay, right in the middle of the Historic District of Cusco. The amenities are wonderful, and the staff goes out of its way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend it.”

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……

“-Location is good, right next to the Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants, travel agencies, money exchanges nearby. -Clean and tidy -Breakfast is satisfactory -Bed is hugeeee, which made the room is too small:( -Wifi is weak, weak, weak -Water temperature and flow is ok -No fridge for the standard room ”

“The room was beautiful and the balcony was nice to let air in. The bathroom was very nice, I am 71 and had no issues. I am a solo traveler and appreciated they didnt bother me! They have hot water for tea, coffee and water out for you too. They store luggage there too.”
