“Everyone thankfully speaks English, but the accent can be difficult to understand at times, which made communication a little challenging. Upon arriving at Embassy Gardens and checking in, the strong cologne around the front desk was overwhelming and immediately gave me a sinus headache. “Embassy Gardens is in a fantastic location in Accra and the overall complex itself has great facilities. The grounds are well maintained and the general atmosphere is pleasant. It’s also close to many useful places in the city, which makes it a convenient base while staying in Accra. Unfortunately, the apartment I stayed in did not meet expectations. The interior felt very dated and in need of renovation. During my stay I had no WiFi for three days, which was extremely inconvenient. The stove……

“Perfect hotel ”

“The room was large with a beautiful hand laid parquet hardwood floor. Water pressure good with plenty of hot water. Linens crisp and clean, duvet comfy, bed and pillows comfortable. Staff lovely. I miss the full service restaurant where we had been eating since 2007, but the breakfast is still good and the staff efficient and friendly. This is my home away from home. 1 star lost because of restsurant. But they do leave in the room a list of places that deliver, which is very handy. And the pool……

“The worse place i have ever been to in my whole life!!! Dirty rooms , no AC , bad Wifi connection , had to check out after 1 night, the only good thing is getting my refund for the rest of the 6 days , bad communication even right from the reception!!
