A casa é ótima e o anuncio corresponde ao real ! Arejada, tudo funcionando, conservada, uma graça! O quintal é perfeito para crianças e animais de estimação brincarem! A cozinha bem completa, tem tudo que precisamos em uma casa de praia! A Zélia e os caseiros são muito atenciosos. O único porém é que as formigas incomodaram, principalmente na cozinha (sugiro uma dedetização), mas nada que tirase o conforto da casa! Voltarei com certeza!

Excelente casa, com todos os utensílios, limpa, conservada, ótimo quntal. Proprietária atenciosa, prestativa e compreensiva. Recomendo a todos alugarem o local, a 15 minutos da praia de Lagoinha, próximo a uma trilha para praias quase desertas, próximo a cachoeira... um pouco afastado do centrinho de Maranduba, mas tem tudo que é preciso por perto.

Aluguei do dia 29/12/2015 ao dia 09/01/2016. Foi muito bom. A casa é excelente, a dona é um amor e os caseiros também. Foram dias sensacionais. Super recomendo.

Passei o feriado de finados com a minha família nesta casa e foi tudo ótimo. A casa é bastante espaçosa e ainda tem uma área externa perfeita para quem vai com animal de estimação. A cozinha é repleta de utensílios, não faltou nada!! Tanto a dona como a caseira são super atenciosas e respondem todas as dúvidas. Infelizmente não aproveitamos mais pois choveu bastante. Com certeza voltaremos em uma nova oportunidade.

A descrição do anuncio é precisa, em relação a localização é importante pedir pontos de referencias, pois há ruas com o mesmo nome! As acomodações são perfeitas, casa aconchegante, bem arejada, com todos utensílios domésticos necessário para a estadia. Um espaço externo muito bom para quem leva cachorro. Local super bem cuidado, limpo e de bom gosto. Tanto o proprietário quanto os caseiros foram super solícitos e atenciosos. Super recomendo a casa e com certeza voltarei assim que possível.

A casa é excelente, todos os ventiladores funcionando, tem um freezer extra além da geladeira e são realmente praticamente 3 quartos, pois tem uma varanda na parte superior. A casa é igualzinha as fotos, com muitos utensílios na cozinha. A caseira é super atenciosa como também a dona da casa. Super recomendo!

Casa muito boa, arejada, conservada, espaço interno e externo muito bom, como observação: Gostaria de sugerir a proprietária uma manutenção no frízer vertical e no ventilador do mezanino que estavam quebrados em minha estadia, recomendaria tbm uma limpeza nas camas e bicamas periodicamente, casa que recomendo........
