“You know, you get what you pay for in life. If you want all mod cons and luxury, there are plenty of places on Korcula that will charge you twice what we paid. We took the risk instead and, although it was a little quirky, we loved out stay. The air con worked (thank goodness, it was 35 degrees), the shower water pressure was good, and it was comfortable enough. And if there were any deficiencies, they were absolutely negated by the incredible views from the balcony. Big enough to sit out, enjoy……

“Das Kastell mit seiner traumhaften Terrasse und dem umfriedeten Garten ist ein wahrhaft magischer Ort zum Entspannen und Glücklichsein. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Alex verlief problemlos. Er war sehr aufmerksam und hatte viele gute Tipps für uns, was Sightseeing, Baden und Wandern anging. Der große Parkplatz am Haus machte vieles einfacher in einem Land mit engen Gassen und chronischem Parkplatzmangel. Zudem war es praktisch, einen kleinen Einkaufsladen……

“This is a lovely property with easy access to swimming and a quaint town. Feels like living with the locals as compared to other areas of the island. The apartment is comfortable and well stocked, including a generous welcome basket. The best part is swimming right off the dock in the backyard. If you want to be in the center of the action on Korcula, this is 30 minutes from there. If looking for a quiet escape with access to those places, this is perfect. ”

“We had the best stay here! The property manager was gracious and accommodating. The property itself was a dream. Yes the place is disconnected - meaning 2 of the four rooms were in an upstairs unit with their own bathroom while the other two rooms and other bathroom were below with the kitchen - but this didn't matter to us as we were two couples. So in fact this afforded us more privacy. The pool was lovely and the beach- perfect. A magical place :)”

“Sehr nette und großzügige Gastgeber, die uns auch zu kleinen Bootsfahrten und gutem Wein einluden. Die Villa besteht aus vier Appartements, zwei davon sehr modern. Geeignet ist der Platz für 2 Familien mit je zwei Kindern, die Anex Appartements sind kleiner für Paare oder mit einem Kind. Alle anderen schlafen auf den Sofas. Sehr schön ist die Pool/Outdoor area für gemeinsame Abende und kleine Parties. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Bucht, toll zum schwimmen, suppen, kayaken oder Schnorcheln in……

“Wir haben spontan, in der Nacht (23 Uhr), umgebucht, weil wir in Lombarda leider enttäuscht wurden. Gleich am nächsten Tag konnten wir Dieses Appartment beziehen und es hat uns den Urlaub gerettet. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und sehr bemüht! Die Lage und die Aussicht sind ein Traum! War sicher nicht das letzte Mal! Sowohl der Ort als auch die Unterkunft sind unvergesslich.”
