Everyone was super friendly and the staff went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was delicious and their cappuccinos were great every time. The complimentary tea time was amazing, and don’t forget to get a fresh coconut. AMAZING!! Cant wait to come back.

Rigtigt lækkert hotel
Fantastisk hotel. Lækre værelser, dejlig pool og god service. Restauranten var under ombygning og midlertidigt flytte det bar maden detsværre præg af. Havde en lækker suite med skøn udsigt og stor altan. Var heldig at bliver opgraderet sidste dag til Villa med privat pool - virkeligt super lækkert. Kan ikke anbefales til gangbesværede da hele hotellet ligger i niveauer så der er en del trapper.

really pleasant and welcoming staff and rooms are quiet with little human interference but exposed to facets of nature. evening turn down service is a great touch as well as the special petal arrangement on the duvet as a "welcome"

Sehr schöne natürliche Anlage im Dschungel Ubuds. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle nach Ubud zu einem festen Zeitplan an, der jedoch nur 3x am Tag fährt. Leider fehlt auf der Anlage ein Fitnessraum.

We got married at Jannata and the resort was spectacular for our elopement. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming, they were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the massage we booked was fantastic, we really loved the spa. Our room was beautiful but there were a few bits of maintenance that needed carrying out such as both the bath tap and shower handle falling off and the bathroom blinds fell of the wall and we had to reattach them. The resort itself is beautifully kept and it's a shame we couldn't stay longer than we did!

Worth every cent!
Absolutely amazing! One of the most beautiful places we stayed on our trip to Bali. The room was gorgeous and had incredible jungle views, the breakfast was wonderful, two free 15 minute massages were an added and unexpected bonus, the staff were all so friendly and they organised a free cake for my partners birthday! I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again in future if I go back to Ubud.

Location outstanding with beautiful views overlooking the jungle. Staff could not be more helpful especially Merry at the front desk. A blocked toilet gave us an amazing upgrade to a 2 bedroom private pool villa. We also got to experience a brand new 1 bedroom villa on our last night which was superb. Breakfast was fantastic with many filling options. The main pool had beautiful views and very relaxing to swim in. Shuttle bus goes twice a day to Ubud so easy to do a bit of shopping. Overall resort was truly beautiful. The spa on site was fantastic and reasonable priced. Bedding was fantastic with good comfy pillows and hot showers and baths were an added bonus. Please note that there are lots of steps everywhere so if there are mobility issues please beware. This will not deter me from coming back here as the service and accommodation was truly amazing. Thank you Merry and Gusti for a memorable stay ✨️ 🙏💖

The property is exactly as it's shown in the pictures. The views are breathtaking the resort is spotless and well kept. Everyone there is so friendly and inviting. It was hard to want to leave Jannata, it was truly an amazing experience.

Was a beautiful hotel located in the jungle hills of Ubud. Close to Ubud center, Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Bali swing, and rice terraces. The property had a wonderful spa and an incredible infinity pool. The food was great, and breakfast was included. The only negative, and reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was the really uncomfortable bed. It was like sleeping on a mat. Not actually sure it was a mattress. Beyond firm. They definitely need to replace. It made sleeping 3 nights uncomfortable.

Jannata was a rare and beautiful experience. If you love Nature and amazing views this is the place for you. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is also good and had the pleasure of taking their yoga class which was also an amazing experience. No complaints! You have to love nature to love this hotel though...

Helt igennem en god oplevelse, som kun km anbefales. Hvad gjorde det til så god en oplevelse?: God service ved personalet, flot hotel, udsigt til lækre omgivelser, god og flot pool, god hygiejne på værelse og på hotel, ok mad på hotellet, god massage- og yoga-oplevelse. Alt i alt følte vi, at det var pengene værd, og vi vil give hotellet vores bedste anbefalinger. Eneste minus: Flere gange fløj der droner rundt ude foran altanerne. Om det var hotellets eller nogle gæsters droner, vides ikke, men lyden var høj og irriterende for stemningen på hotellet.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Daran kann man nichts aussetzten. Sehr ruhige und wunderschöne Lage. Wir hatten eine Pool Villa. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Unterkunft liegt jedoch außerhalb von Zentrum von ubud. Der letzte Shuttle fährt leider zu früh ab. Ein Taxi nach ubud ist wiederum sehr teuer. Wir haben als honeymooner für ein Abendessen einen 10%gutschein bekommen, den wir am Ende beim Check out einlösen wollten. Leider wurde uns nicht gesagt dass man den bei der Bestellung vorzeigen muss und somit war das umsonst. Das wurde uns nicht erklärt und Gutschein verfiel. Mehrmals am Tag wurde bei uns vom Personal geklingelt sodass man die Ruhe und Zweisamkeit nicht genießen konnte. Einmal wurden wir sogar um 7:00 Uhr in der Früh mit der klingel geweckt weil das Personal das floating breakfast vom Vortag abholen wollte. Das geht natürlich gar nicht. Floating breakfast sogar bei der Poolvilla die uns viel Geld gekostet hat trotzdem gegen Aufpreis. Alles in allem sehr schöne Lage und Unterkunft mit ein paar Verbesserungsvorschlägen.

Property is beautiful and great. Highly recommended to couples and families. Staffs are extremely friendly and can assist you with my inquiry. Perfect view to the jungle and the mountain. Little bit away from the city to feel the peace and enjoy the nature. Hotel is arranging transportation from/to the city for free. Food is super tasty and delicious. Housekeeping are doing great job to keep the place in good shape. Front office staff are amazing and ready to help for anything. We enjoyed every moment of our 7 nights and will come back for sure.

Honeymoon Disaster
We booked to stay for 6 nights at Jannata but we were moved to stay at Lokha Ubud for 3 nights as the room wasn't ready due to maintenance work. Was annoyed about this but we were offered a free couples massage and a romantic dinner.. who would say no to that. Lokha was absolutely amazing and we were glad we stayed there. We were supposed to move back to Jannata on a Wednesday and were told the room will be ready for 12pm, but once we got there the room wasn't ready because "guests" had checked out. But how would guests check out if the room was undergoing maintenance? We were then able to move to our room half an hour later and the room was full of insects and the bedding stank! The person who showed us around was not helpful, he didn't tell us where any of the facilities were and didn't provide us with any information. We had major problems with our room and weren't even provided any snacks our drinks, despite stating there's a minibar. We were over charged for spa facilities despite promoting different prices in their brochure - the manager rectified this instantly. The same rude man had checked us out on our last day and even then he was rude and tried short change us. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. Rude staff members, did not provide basic amenities and the rooms were not clean! Consider staying at the Lokha rather than this crappy place.

Jannata is a great hotel on a very quite and safe are of Ubud. EVERYTHING is just perfect here. Great views from every single room, superb infinity pool, great restaurant, delicious food (the best I tried in Bali) and amazingly professional and customer oriented staff. I have lived and worked in 3 different countries and been to 5 continents for work and leisure experiencing different levels of service, and would rate Jannata Resort on the top 5 hotels I have ever stayed (even extended my stay) Will definetely be back.

Beautiful, relaxing stay
Beautiful, relaxing stay at Jannata. Scenery is amazing and you leave completely relaxed. The rooms are new, spacious and clean. Food was pretty good. Little bit out of the city centre, but that's what we enjoyed about it.
