This resort was beyond expectations. The pictures I saw when booking didn’t do the resort justice. If you’re looking for great service, food, and a beautiful resort central to Ubud, this is it.

Accoglienza cordiale da parte del personale del resort. Le stanze sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è alla carta ma comunque con varie opzioni tra dolce e salato. La posizione è ottima: molto vicina al palazzo di Ubud, ma trovandosi in una strada secondaria è molto più tranquilla.

Kaamala Resort is truly a slice of paradise nestled in the beautiful jungles of Ubud. The breathtaking scenery, lush greenery, and peaceful atmosphere make this resort an unforgettable experience. However, what truly sets Kaamala apart is the exceptional staff. And when I say exceptional, I mean every single staff member. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The kindness, warmth, attentiveness, and genuine smiles from every person we encountered were unlike anything we’ve experienced before. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, but it’s the incredible people who make this place so special. Their hospitality is truly world-class, and they deserve all the recognition in the world. Five stars simply aren’t enough. Thank you to the entire Kaamala team for making our stay so memorable. We will never forget this experience and cannot wait to return!

Vi tillbringade 4 nätter på Kaamala Resort som en del av vår smekmånad och det va fantastiskt! Väldigt lugnt och avkopplande hotell samtidigt som det var nära till allt. Personalen var så otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig. Ett stort tack till Diah som hjälpte oss arrangera en halvdags utflykt i sista sekund. Stort tack till Wira som tog oss runt på denna utflykt. Det enda jag ångrar är att jag inte bokade några fler nätter.

Firstly I had asked for a high floor a month ago and ended up with a ground floor room. Check inn was 3pm and room wasn’t ready till about 3.30pm . No iron or ironing board , musky smell in bathroom . Shower gels / shampoo etc not enough in room if your showering twice a day. No privacy if your in bathroom u can see everything if someone is in there . In room safe didn’t work as there was no batteries in it so had to get them over to sort it. Breakfast was good and location was a bit far it from centre.

Our stay at Kaamala Resort Ubud was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort is peaceful, stunning, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options prepared just the way we wanted. It was truly one of the best breakfasts we've had. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Lia and Rita, who were always so caring and attentive. Their kindness and dedication made us feel truly at home. Thank you to the entire Kaamala team for making our family holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Das Hotel ist kein 5 Sterne Resort das Reisfeld ist nicht gepflegt und man schaut auf eine Baustelle der Baulärm beim Frühstück war sehr intensiv am Pool wollte man da nicht liegen.
