I live in Bali and came to Ubud for some days to stay. This was the most wonderful hotel ever! The staff was excellent. Rooms were Exceptional!! They provided you with everything. Not to mention the breakfast and food in the hotel restaurant were magnificent! The staff for breakfast was so attentive. I lost a hair tie and one of the staff began to look for it without me asking. I didn't even know he was doing this. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Ubud.

We stayed for 2 nights on New Year’s eve 2023. The breakfast buffet at Tabia restaurant was amazing with many selections. Thank you to Ayunda and Chesa for their exceptional service. Dewa Yudana, Food & Beverage Manager, deserves applause for listening to our honest feedback on the New Year’s eve buffet. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and even gave us a discount for the buffet. Hats off to Dewa Yudana! I highly recommend staying at Westin Ubud! Their staff were professional and their services were top notch.👍

We absolutely loved our stay in the Westin Ubud. This hotel is new, beautiful and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the view was gorgeous while sipping a cocktail. The family suite we stayed in was beautiful, big and clean. The Heavenly Spa is heavenly and the food is the best we have ever had at a hotel anywhere in the world. We loved every meal, the breakfast Buffett was amazing. The staff were helpful and lovely, although many did seem to be training, but that was not a problem at all. The kids club is small but clean and nice for a break and play for our kids with an attached small kids pool that was a nice touch. We would highly recommend to any young families looking for a quiet relaxing area where can chill or use as a base to adventure out on day trips if you like.

The Westin Ubud is not only a beautiful hotel resort with an a gorgeous infinity pool but also has an exceptional staff! We stayed here for 10 days and we always had an great experience with everyone in their hotel. Thanks to Darma who who added an extra touch whenever we were at the concierge or at the pool bar

We had a great stay. Amazing service. Our only suggestion is that they enable Netflix on the tvs in the rooms, or allow sharing from an iPhone to the TV. Otherwise great stay.

Its a great resort Only issue was there was not enough room for 4 people. Kids bed was not made up properly even after we asked Otherwise staff were nice and polite and treated us well. Overall a great place to stay Thank you

We loved every minute of our stay here. the staff are amazing. We stayed in a family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Pool and facilities are top notch and so relaxing, perfect for what our family needed - a few days away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The food was excellent but cocktail list definately needs improving needing more tropical cocktails instead of the fermented ones but all in all our stay was wonderful!

Great breakfast and service
Small hotel with excellent services their assistant manager miss seewee was exceptional and the overall staff are very helpful. Their breakfast was amazing one of the best I tried in Bali. Rooms were modern and nice . Spa is very expensive

Honestly speaking i expected more but i wasn't unhappy either. It was just not as big as i though it would be. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. the room was just nice and comfortable but the comfort of the bed & pillow was beyond. i slept like a baby. we also got a room in the end of the hallway so it was very quiet too. the bathroom was quite spacious. The things that we weren't so happy about probably the breakfast. The selection was minimum and not to mention the taste. i mean if you can't make a tasty scramble eggs.. i should be worry for more complicated dishes, no? anyway.. it's fine. it didn't make us not wanting to come back. but maybe we'll stay without the breakfast package. overall, it was quite a pleasant stay for us. very relaxing and comfortable. we'll come back soon!

Absolutely amazing stay with the Westin in Ubud. The hotel is immaculate, and the surrounding forest around the pool provides a majestic backdrop. The service provided was constantly exceptional.

A great week end at Westin Ubud
An absolute pleasure to have stayed with westin Ubud. We stayed in a villa with its own pool with view on nature. Peaceful, comfortable. Check in was a breeze and services was impeccable the entire stay. Special thanks to Wari for having taken care of our needs during our stay. Restaurant staff were professional, helpful, and very very nice.. food was extremely well prepared and tasty.
