Argos in Cappadocia
Staff and Service is top notch, great breakfast. The only problem is while the room looked great the heating and plumbing system is continuously noisy all throughout the night. Otherwise possibly the best hotel you can find in the whole area.

Aysultan Stone House
The rooms have no air conditioning and can get very hot. Woke up to no cold water just burning steam which eventually stopped, then no water.
