ได้พักชั้น 3 ไม่มีลิฟท์ เปิดเข้าห้องน้ำ เหม็นมาก ในห้องน้ำ ไม่มีที่ระบายอากาศเลย กระจกในห้องน้ำ ก็ไม่เช็ดมีคราบยาสีฟันค้างอยู่ ห้องนอน พอไหว แต่ก็มีมด ได้ฝั่งที่จอดรถ ไม่มีวิวอะไรเลย ไม่ได้สวยเหมือนในภาพที่ประกอบ ยังมีรายละเอียดเล็กน้อย คงไม่ไปพักอีกแล้ว

เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน มีสระนํ้าใกล้สวนสาธารณะ ไปมาในเมืองสะดวก ไม่ไกลจาก central และ UD town เงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนหลังจากไปเที่ยว หรือทํางาน ในราคาสุดคุ้ม ถ้าจะนั่งรถสองแถวก็มี เดินไปนั่ง สาย 9 ถึง central เลย สําหรับคนไม่ได้เอารถไปไม่เป็นปัญหาเลย หรือจะเดินก็ได้ ๆออกกําลังด้วย
