「The service sucks due to the staff negligences. The staff forgot to return our passports after check in and after our check out without any reminders. After our departure, they even did not remind us. It took us 1.5 hours to drive back and take the passport.」

「The staff being "very helpful and nice" is often the most important factor for a great stay. A clean room is a baseline expectation, but having it be "big" is a wonderful bonus that adds to comfort. A "welcome drink & snake every night at the lobby" is a unique and generous touch. It shows the hotel goes the extra mile to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. 」

「The hotel is clean and staff were polite with us. They kept our luggage after we did check out and there was room cleaning every day. A good perk is the free coffee from a machine in the lobby during the morning. The location is great, very close to the train station and multiple restaurants. The hotel has an old look though and there’s just one elevator for all the floors making it busy during check-out hours. The internet sometimes failed us and there were no free tv channels. 」

「Toyoko Inn is a good hotel , I must recommend it to my friends. It is located in the center of town, and the popular stores also can be found in there. Such as Aeon and cosmetics store as well. Facilities are nice as well.」
