「距離松本車站僅5分鐘，週邊停車也很多選擇；去著名景點松本城步行約20分鐘左右，餐飲用餐的選擇也不算少。 房間內空間雖不算大，但配有洗衣機與體貼的晾曬位置，讓從上高地來回的旅客很是便利。 飯店下午提供一次免費的迎賓飲品（含生啤），夜間9-11pm提供宵夜（茶泡飯），可惜沒有體驗到。 飯店設有溫泉泡湯服務，但很可惜浴場較小且溫泉的溫度稍低，與預期的有點小落差。 但整體而言，是一間值得再訪並推薦的飯店」

「Toyoko Inn is a good hotel , I must recommend it to my friends. It is located in the center of town, and the popular stores also can be found in there. Such as Aeon and cosmetics store as well. Facilities are nice as well.」

「The service sucks due to the staff negligences. The staff forgot to return our passports after check in and after our check out without any reminders. After our departure, they even did not remind us. It took us 1.5 hours to drive back and take the passport.」

「A very lovely experience in a very authentic Ryokan. Staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners are truly authentic Japanese fare. Would love to visit again!」

「The hotel is clean and staff were polite with us. They kept our luggage after we did check out and there was room cleaning every day. A good perk is the free coffee from a machine in the lobby during the morning. The location is great, very close to the train station and multiple restaurants. The hotel has an old look though and there’s just one elevator for all the floors making it busy during check-out hours. The internet sometimes failed us and there were no free tv channels. 」
