2nd, the hotel safety is concerned. The room door password is the last 4 digits of the guests mobile number. it isn’t allowed guest to change the password. Moreover, no password is required for lift going to rooms floor. Any one can easily go in the hotel without supervision.

「We stay with Monday so many times in few different locations. We love the facilities however I am expecting more services from the front desk staff, I ask for luggage storage the answer was no but I understood. However when I ask for sending my luggage to next hotel the front desk can only direct me to the logistics company instead helping me to organise it… well I know I am staying with a service apartment not a hotel…」
