"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. "The big downside was we had a room with a bad view. They have rooms that face the lake which would have been much better. So if you go here, ask for the lake view. They have wonderful spas and the food and customer service is very good. Wonderful traditional Japanese food. Nice downtown area though it closes by 5 pm. Very near the train station and they have a shuttle to pick you up. The spas were very nice including a stone tub with hot water."

"I loved staying at this hotel! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. My favorite part was the onsen—it was so relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Staff was great. Just disappointed with all the construction and power outages so we couldn’t use all amenities. The amusement park needs more maintenance and gardening care. The shuttle was good but wished more connections with local festivities and programs and run longer in the evening for peak hotel season."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We booked the half-board package (one night with dinner and breakfast), and both meals were delicious. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The only minor disappointment was the rooftop foot bath, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."
