Owners went above and beyond at every opportunity, including dropping 7 of us with luggage at nearby bus stop. Breakfast was yummy and thank you for accommodating our vegetarian request!! "Amazing! We stayed 2 nights to maximize our chances to see Mt Fuji. We saw it the day we arrived and the day we were leaving! It was truly magnificent. We loved sauna and the hot tub. Very relaxing. The room was huge! 2 balconies to observe Mt Fuji. Food was also delicious. We rented bikes and biked around the lake. 2 nights is a perfect amount to stay - 1 night I feel like would be too rushed and there’s not much to do for more than 2 days around the area."

And the bus to wherever you want to go stops either at the hotel or across the street."

"If you are looking for a wonderful unique experience in Japan, you have to stay here, the pods themselves are incredible for the room you get within them and the amenities that are provided. The bath rooms were exceptional however the best thing has to be the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness is second to none that I’ve ever experienced. Whilst using one of their hire bikes I accidentally broke the lock so they drove 20 mins to pick me up and told me they would fix it and not to worry. As I was leaving to the bus stop I was heading to the incorrect stop so the man came down in his car to pick me up and drove me to the correct stop. Thank you so much and if i return to Japan I will 100% return here again"
