"Hotel is about 15min walk away from Gotemba station, and pretty convenient overall. You get a pretty good view of Mt Fuji right outside the hotel, weather permitting. Hotel is near a 7-11, Uniqlo, AEON and Daiso, making it easy to get necessities. Food options are walkable around! Overall pretty good and quiet place around Mt Fuji. "

"Rooms are amazing - staff friendly - a couple of things which were odd - we could not pre book the shuttle as the phone on the web site is not a valid number - the club lounge is a dark room with no windows - a shame when across the corridor you have a massive living room/ hall with such an amazing view - no room service and could not take anything from the lounge to the room or sitting area with a view . "

"We drove to the property, so getting there was not so much of a hassle, however, do note that the roads are narrow for a two-way traffic, and located within a residential area, there are not many street lamps. Walking out to the nearest convenient store takes about 10-15mins at a stroll and the path can be quite dark at night. Overall stay, the villa was clean and afforded a good view of Mt. However to go to Mishima station very near about 8mins walking. osen good got 3 pools. surrounding got good restaurant. Hotel provide transfer luggage service so we can travel to tokyo without the hassale of carrying of our big luggage around."
