The location was in close proximity to the station, convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. The staffs were really friendly and helpful as well. We have enjoyed our stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and modernly furnished room! The staff gave five star service; they were always there to help with any of our needs. We felt appreciated and were treated as honored guests. This hidden gem gave our family an unforgettable home away from home experience. The room also had an amazing view of Mount Fuji. Additionally, it was far enough from the station to have privacy, but close enough to get to the station easily. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Perfect, convenient and cozy hotel
We only spent one night there but our host was very nice and helpful (he kindly allowed us to check in earlier!) The cozy hotel is only 8 minutes walking from Kawaguchiko bus/train station. You can rent bike nearby the hotel and find good restaurants in a walking distance too. Special mention to the cleanliness of the room ! Highly recommend !

Boutique charm in the heart of Kawaguchiko
Very lovely, comfortable room, spacious by Japanese standards: family of four and everyone got their own bed. The kitchenette with eat-in table was a nice bonus. We were able to bring breakfast back from the Family Mart just a block down the street and eat comfortably in the room. Nice that the toilet room was separate from the vanity and shower. The toilet room even had its own dedicated set of slippers, which speaks to how meticulously clean the owner keeps the place. Modern but charming decor, and very convenient to the train station ( only 6-10 minute walk) and near restaurants and sightseeing. Definitely recommend this boutique hotel in the heart of Kawaguchiko! Only recommendation for improvement would be to provide a few more pillows; they were a bit small and flat.
