"Great service and comfortable accommodations. The room had a cozy bed, a spacious living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with silverware, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The split bathroom felt very luxurious, and the free on-site laundry was extremely convenient. The staff stored our luggage in the morning and even let us check in early at 1 PM. I highly recommend staying here. It’s also close to the station and several convenience stores.

Great hotel

Great location. Short 2-3 mins walk from Kawaguchiko Bus Station. The room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful Mt Fuji view at hotel door step. There's a Family Mart nearby with multiple restaurants around too.

Love this stay!

Lovely hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Great location, too; 8 minute walk to the bus/train station, 12 minute walk to the lake, and view of Mt Fuji out the window. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fuji-san is here

Mt. Fuji is right here. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and throughout the walk, Mt. Fuji dominates the skyline. We are three people traveling together. the room is spacious and comfortable.

Spacious room for 3 people (3 beds). It is unique for it's traditional Japanese-style room by removing shoes at the door and putting on the provided house shoes/slippers; it is not modern but it was very clean, bed is comfortable, table with couch-type seating, and an additional sitting couch--2 couches (although smaller in size but very adequate; and provided great amenities; free laundry with laundry soap. Very quiet. Close (about an 8 min-walk to Kawaguchiko station which included the trains, tour buses, and bus lines to Tokyo and Shinjuku.

Nice place to stay

Our room was exactly as it is in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Access was easy as it is a few blocks from the train station. The laundry in the back of the building was easy to use and quick wash/dry, which made this a little nicer since it was in the middle of our trip. Everything worked (as it should) in the room (AC, ref, water, bathroom, etc.) and just made this a nice stay in this area. The operators of this building were very hospitable and caring.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Though early check-in could not be arranged, they kept our baggage while we could go around with hands free. When we checked in around 5 pm, our bags were already on the room. The room was huge in Japanese standard with a microwave oven. A convenient store (Family Mart) was in 1-min walk and it opened from 0600-2400.
