「Een aanrader! Zeer tevreden!」

「It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.」

「Clean, well decorated, spacious and friendly staff. Good value.」

「Spent 3 nights, all inclusive. Food was good, drinks were great, pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and had a great view. If I ever go back to Diani I will definitely stay there again.」

「So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend」

「Meget behjelpelige personal. Vær forsiktig med å spise i uteområdene på hotellet, da apekatter kan stjele maten.」

「People who work there is very kind 🙂」

「A great find! The room was spacious and well maintained, the host was lovely, and it was a close walk to numerous stalls with a variety of goods and amazing fresh produce. Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants. There is a close-by bar that plays loud music, but not super late, and I actually liked hearing the local music. The people I met were so friendly! And really, the host was very accommodating and responded to questions...

「Pool ist sauber und gepflegt!」

「The Kaskazi Beach Hotel was closed for renovation however failed to cancel my reservation and charged me $329. I had to purchased another room at Diani Reef Beach Resort from Jul 17-21, 2026. Expedia, please refund my credit card in the amount of $329, and remove Kaskazi Beach Resort from the Expedia website. The Kaskazi Beach Hotel is extremely unprofessional.」

「Friendly staff, homely environment and very close to beach, recommended for family groups」

「The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading. This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...
