Overall it was a good stay for a week long stay. Very convenient, central location. Room was clean and warm. All basic necessities except soap missing in the bathroom. Breakfast was just alright. Good value for money.

The hotel was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a ride to the airport without a problem. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city and square as well as shopping areas and restaurants. There is also a vegan restaurant right behind the hotel!

Solid hotel! Just a couple amenities missing.
It is a great little hotel. A bit bummed there wasn’t a mini bar or room service but that’s also not always the usual in places like this. The tv also didn’t work in the room, but again not a huge deal.

Great location
I've stayed here 3 times over the past month and always enjoyed my staff. The staff are pleasant and helpful but the location is excellent. A few minutes walk from the central square with shops, banks, etc. The rooms are absolute fine, clean with a comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water, tea/coffee facilities and TV. Definitely recommend as the price is also very good.

Very nice hotel
A very nice hotel with friendly staff and a great location. Good price too for a hotel just a few minutes walk from the main square. Well recommended.

hotel was perfectly located.. only complaint (and possibly MY fault at booking- had a room with 2 single beds instead of a queen... i'm too big/tall for a little single bed, so sleep was difficult.. also, modulating the temperature was difficult

Stay elsewhere, it's not good
The reception lady accused me of stealing a packet of chips from the minibar, which I had not done. She was rude and insistent that I, as a guest, was a liar. Was it really worth her while arguing and antagonising over a $2 charge when we had booked and paid for 5 nights there, and 4 rooms each night! Apart from that, the carpets are crusty (do not appear to be vacuumed), the toilet did not flush properly, and the TV didn't work. On our final night, there was a blackout in the hallways, and we had to use our torches on our phones to get around.

Great location. Decent hotel
Great location - really close to Sukhbaatar square, which means it's also walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Good wifi. Decent breakfast. The hotel room doors don't have a safety lock on the inside (you can only shut the bolt that is controlled by a key).

Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging airport pick up and return, even providing a packed breakfast at our 4.45am departure. Only gripe was carpets in room on our first stay could have done with a clean. Would definitely stay again.

Very minimalistic and beautiful hotel. The room is kind of compact but you have everything you need, and beautifully designed. Staff is nice and speaks good English. The location is close to restaurants, market and main square. Quiet at night.

Great hotel, staff very helpful, they helped me w some airport problems that they did not have to do, but were so helpful. room was nice and clean, quiet, food in restaraunt was good. I will come back here. : )

It is 3 mins walk from Sukhbaatar/Chinggis Kan Square. There are atleast 3 Museums within 15 mins walk radiance. If your back is facing hotel, on the left side you can walk 1 minute until you reach the junction then turn right you will see a convenient store - K Circle, behind the bus stop. Alot of youngsters hang out there bcos there's a school or university nearby. Cup noodles, Onigiri, Sandwiches, also sharWama chicken /hotdog sets MNT4-5k, coffee to go MNT3k. On the right side of the hotel if your back facing the hotel, there are 2 restaurants', Nomad restaurant (attached to hotel building) and Black Burger restaurant. Opposite the road there is a Modern Art Mogolia Museum entry MNT2k, less than USD1.00. A small lane just opposite the hotel will lead you to parking bay and then u see a supermarket called Orgil Supermarket. After Black Burger further down on the right, u see Tushin Tower also Best Western Hotel. The next to hotel is Galleria ulaanbaatar with anchor operator Goya Cashmere. Behind Cashmere store there is Caffe Bene, KFC, Pizza Hut and Nagomi - 1st floor up inside KFC. Next is Sukhbaatar/Chinggis Square and Opera Ballet Theatre. Further down you see UB Bank and next to UB Bank is the National Museum, a must see. The entry to the hotel is a small corner at right side if you are facing the hotel. There are 6 floors. Reception at 3rd floor. At Groundfloor , the hotel staff will guide you up. Airport to this hotel is about USD20.

The location is great, but everything else didn't match a 3/4-star rating. First, the carpeting of the entire building, from hallway to the room is dirty/outdated. For a property that doesn't allow smoking, the carpet in my room had way too many cigarette burn marks and was simply dirty. Second, again for a 3/4 star property, the amenities do not match. Shower gel, shampoo, towel, are all very low quality.
