This lovely pool house in Husby, is perfect for large families or groups of up to 16 people. The house was newly built in 2022 and offers modern facilities and a comfortable stay in scenic surroundings. With a spacious plot of 3548 square meters, you can enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful nature around you.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The house is equipped with 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have double beds and 2 have bunk beds, which provides plenty of space for both children and adults. There are a total of 16 sleeping places, so the whole family can gather under one roof. Each bedroom is designed with comfort and style, and you will find that they are equipped with modern furniture and cozy details.



The facilities in the house include 3 bathrooms, all with showers, and underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere, even on cold days. There is also an indoor spa that can accommodate 2 people, as well as a sauna, where you can relax and pamper yourself after a long day of activities. For extra fun, there is also a water slide in the pool, which both children and adults will love.



The house has a large, modern living room with a wood-burning stove, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere on cold evenings. The open plan makes it easy to entertain guests, and there is also a television with both Danish and German TV, so you can catch up on your favourite programmes. Wireless internet is available throughout the house, so you can stay online if necessary.



Outside you will find a lovely terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy meals outdoors, as well as swings and a sandbox for the younger children. The large natural plot is perfect for playing and relaxing, and there is plenty of space to play ball or enjoy the sun. The indoor pool is the ideal place to cool off on hot days, and the indoor hot tub also provides opportunity to relax regardless of the weather.



All facilities are designed with a focus on comfort and functionality, including a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The freezer has a capacity of 92 litres, so you can store food for the entire stay. The house is also pet-friendly, so you can take your four-legged friends with you on holiday.
