Der einzige kleine Unterschied zu den Fotos des Inserates bestand darin, dass der Kaminofen nicht vorhanden war, dafür aber eine Klimaanlage (mit Heizfunktion) installiert ist (vermutlich auf Grund von Brandschutz).
