The Space:
Pandanas 15A Mitchell Parade is an architecturally designed, Hamptons resort style property just across the road from pristine Mollymook Beach, which is ideal for swimming and dolphin spotting. Renowned surf spot, Mollymook Reef is only 40m away, and for golf enthusiasts the rear of the property backs onto the 5th hole of the Championship Hilltop Golf Course for beautiful fairway views. Walk along the beach path to restaurants including Mollymook Golf Club, Bannisters Rooftop Pavillion, Gwylo and Mollymook Deli, plus cafes, a chemist, newsagents and supermarket. During your stay we recommend a short drive into Milton Village which has lots of boutiques, homewares and trendy cafes or Cupitt's Winery for some wine tasting, lunch in the restaurant or outdoor dining looking overlooking the vineyards.

Stylish and ultra-modern with quality finishes, Pandanas 15A offers plenty of space for large groups or families with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, with your choice of 3 outdoor deck areas to relax in and a fenced yard.

The middle floor comprises a contemporary Hamptons style kitchen, a large dining table perfect for entertaining and family meals, the open plan living area is bright and airy with timber floors, air-conditioning and a gas fireplace to create the perfect climate at any time of the year. The kitchen features a large fridge and coffee machine with pods provided.
The Main bedroom offers a king size bed and private ensuite, the bedroom also has an opening onto the enclosed deck, plus there is an additional bathroom located on this floor

The top floor has 3 queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite and ocean glimpses, as well as an additional bathroom.
The ground floor features 3 bunk beds, a double sofa bed, plus a bathroom and laundry with a washer and dryer. This is a great area for kids/teenagers with a large rumpus room and a Smart TV to keep them entertained.

For those who prefer to unwind and relax outdoors, take your pick from the 3 decks. Enjoy the enclosed deck on the cooler nights or open the louvers and welcome the sea breeze and ocean views during summer, and for the golf enthusiasts, the rear deck overlooks the golf course and offers a BBQ and outdoor setting. You'll also find a large backyard for the kids with a tropical garden with Pandanas trees from North Queensland, and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a day on the beach.

Parking is available with off-street driveway parking for 3 cars.

Wonderful weekend in Mollymook at 15A Pandanas Apartment, just not long enough Perfect accomodation, loved the view over the golf course, very spacious, loved the fire place. Location is amazing, less than 10 min walk to the golf club for dinner, with killer views over the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I just spent the weekend in Pandanas Apartments 15A in Mollymook and it was amazing! A beautiful well kept home that was the perfect size for 7 adults and 3 children (more if needed). It is just across the road from Mollymook Beach and only a short walk to the Golf Club. Access to the home was easy and we felt very secure throughout our stay!
We will definitely be staying here again

Had a great time at the Pandanas, 15a Mitchell pde, Mollymook. Place was very well presented, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, fantastic location adjacent the beach and golf course and walking distance to Mollymook Golf Club. Mollymook Milton holidays easy to deal with and great communications. Recommended.
