The property features four spacious bedrooms, open plan living and a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and great sized fridge. This cozy beach home has everything you need to get a feel for the Mollymook lifestyle while enjoying time with your family and friends. Within a few minutes walk you can either be at the famous Mollymook Golf Club, playing nine holes on the Beachside Golf Course, dining at one of the fantastic cafes or restaurants, or lazing on the white sands of Mollymook beach.
This property is well designed for all year round with the outdoor entertaining area set up perfectly for that summer ocean breeze or vibrant winter sun.
