Es gab keinen Kontakt direkt zum Gastgeber, nur zu Mitarbeitern von Campaya, das macht es sehr unpersönlich.Mir wurde eine sofortige Stornierung angedroht und Einbehaltung der ersten Rate, weil die 2. Rate nicht sofort ankam, wegen eines Fehlers, der nicht bei mir lag.Campaya ist nur bis 15h erreichbar, schreibt aber selbst Nachrichten nach dieser Zeit, ohne dass man als Kunde darauf zeitnah reagieren kann.Im Haus gab es entscheidende Mängel: undichte Fenster, was sehr hohe Energiekosten verursacht, Spülmaschine nicht funktionsfähig, was bedeutete, dass wir Geschirr fr 13 Personen mehrmals täglich per Hand abwaschen mussten.Der Wasserkocher alt, roch nach verschmorter Elektrik.
