"Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung "Wellnessloft" sehr genossen, es war alles da wie vorher beschrieben. Es gab auf Nachfrage auch Nachschub an Kaffee-Kapseln und auch Holz für den Kamin. Auch Sauna ohne Extra-Kosten. Kuschelige Handtücher und Duft für die Sauna lagen auch bereit. Ruhige Lage des gepflegen Hauses. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass eine Loft-Wohnung ganz oben unterm Dach ist, also Treppensteigen ist angesagt und unter Dachschrägen Kopf einziehen. Auch die...

"Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende mit acht Personen da. Frau Schneider war nett und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung steht alles zur Verfügung, was man braucht. Es gibt genug Geschirr, um die Spülmaschine laufen zu lassen. Sehr schöne Bäder und genug Platz in den Schlafzimmern. Die beiden Teenager haben auf dem Dachboden geschlafen. Die Gästebetten dort sind aber zu klein. Wenn acht Personen kommen, sollten bessere Betten zugestellt werden. Alles in allem ein tolles Wochenende."

Dann schrieb die Gastgeberin die Wohnung sei zu diesem Zeitraum bereits belegt. Das Geld ist weg. Wurde abgebucht. Von Fewodirekt keine Reaktion. Wie kann es sein, dass eine Wohnung zur Buchung angezeigt wird, die nicht mehr frei ist. Und warum bekommen wir unser Geld nicht zurück?!"
