один неверный расчёт и негатив от всего отеля
Если-бы не девушка на ресепшн, то отзыв мог быть на 10 баллов. И только за ее отношение и не верный расчёт оплаты за ночь ( на 50%дороже), остался некий негатив, благодаря таким работникам, вернуться в этот отель не хочется

Удобный и очень уютный отель
Демократичная цена за номер. Небольшой, но уютный номер с новой мебелью. Стены окрашены в серо-белой гамме, что совершенно не режет глаз. Чистота и порядок. Очень удобная кровать с очень качественным хлопковым постельным бельем. Телевизор с достаточным количеством цифровых каналов. Бесплатный WI-FI, подключение к которому не вызывает никаких трудностей. Полное отсутствие звуков улицы. Персонал внимательный и вежливый. Общее впечатление от номера - это практически домашний уют. В ресторане к сожалению удалось попробовать только ароматный и очень вкусный кофе капучино. Все это располагает к полноценному отдыху. В наличии бесплатная парковка, что добавляет плюсов отелю. При следующем посещении города однозначно выберем только отель Ракурс.
