Property Summary
The "Nika" apartment house is a vacation rental property situated in the Punta district, 2 km from the center of Umag, Croatia. It enjoys a sunny position, located 300 m from the sea and beach. The property boasts various amenities, including a shared swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability from April 25 to September 19), a well-kept garden spanning 1,500 m2, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, and a barbecue area. Internet Wi-Fi and bicycle rentals are available on-site, and boat rentals are offered as an additional service. Parking facilities are provided, and a shop and restaurant are conveniently located within 500 m. Tennis courts and a children's playground are also nearby, at 200 m and 20 m respectively.

Outdoors
The property offers a well-kept garden spanning 1,500 m2 (fenced) for shared use among guests. A swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm) is available during the seasonal period from April 25 to September 19. Outdoor amenities include a shower, a hot tub (available from May 15 to September 15), and a barbecue area.

Internet access and bicycle rentals are available within the property. Boat rentals can also be arranged for an additional fee. During the ATP tournament from July 19, 2024, to July 27, 2024, some noise may be expected in the vicinity. Video surveillance is in place for the driveway and parking areas.

Unit Layout
This 3-room apartment offers a spacious 70 square meters of living space on the 1st floor. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofabed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long), satellite TV, and air conditioning for your comfort. The apartment also features 2 separate rooms, each with a double bed (2 x 80 cm wide, 200 cm long). Additionally, there is a shower/WC for your convenience.

Amenities Included
The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, allowing you to prepare your meals during your vacation. The apartment also offers a terrace of 10 square meters with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided for your convenience.

Other Information
The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum capacity of 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Recreational amenities such as Air Conditioning, Barbecue, Satellite TV, and Television are available for your enjoyment.
