It was great, the breakfast was very good and the view over the city was amazing. Sadly one couldn’t open any window or turn any air condition on. The room had enough space and huge windows.

Barely decent

It was just OK. The lifts were crowded partly due to the staff was using the lifts as well during the morning rush. The breakfast was organized in such a way that you had to stand in line for a good 10 minutes and then stand in another line for part of the food. And all this with a tray in hand which didn't fit on the counters you needed for landing the tray on. Not good!!!

Chambre propre à l'arrivée mais aucun changement de draps pour un séjour de 6 jours. Juste dezx serviettes disponibles pour un aussi long séjour. Chambre petite et frais cher pour un changement de chambre. Déjeuner très bon et très équilibré. Personnel excellent service à la clientèle Climatisation difficile à changer il faut très chaud dans la chambre

Umeå är ju fantastisk med otroligt fin stadskärna, mycket grönt och vatten. GP i anslutning till Hotell Winn fanns det dålig med plats för hotellgäst fredagkväll. Men det fanns ju många andra restauranger. Sängen ok. Kollektivtrafik utanför dörren Jag bokade två rum i billigare klassen. Det ena utan fönster ingen stol inget kaffe ingen ”handduksmatta” till badrummet. Ganska trångt. Det andra rummet trevligare med fönster, fåtölj, lite luftigare och möjlighet till kaffe men ingen ”handduksmatta”

Semestertripp

Väldigt fint bemötamde av personalen, hjälpsamma och trevliga. Fint hotellrum och högt upp som vi hade som önskemål. Väldigt bra att man får gratis kaffe som medlem det är ett stort plus :) Frukosten av bra förutom att dom löskokta äggen kunde man dricka så lösa var dom. På rummet var det väldigt mycket damm bakom en fåtölj och under den, vi upptäckte det då dottern tappade en sak under fåtöljen men det var ju bara en små sak. Överlag ett jättefint hotell som vi gärna återvänder till. Stort plus igen till den trevliga personalen.

Nja.. inte igen.

Märkligt med rosa glas på dörren till badrummet som solen började reflekterade på vid 3-tiden på natten. Sov i ett diskotek. Så all ära till mörkläggningsgardiner, men fanns inte på toaletten. Endast en kudde i sängen. Allmänt slitigt och airkonditionen gick inte under 24,8. Plus var frukosten och utsikten.

Vi hadde et flott opphold, med fri og god kaffe i resepsjonen, samt på rommet. Frokosten var meget bra, og veiledning til nærliggende parkeringshs (Nannas) var lettfattelig. Kan trygt anbefale dette hotellet, som forøvrig ligger flott plassert i bysentrum.

Vi hade valt ett superior rum för att få ett lite bättre rum. Sängen va bedrövlig. Kände fjädrarna igenom och jag är ändå inte tung. Va som en tältsäng. Sov i stort sett ingenting.

En idé är ju att försöka samla hoppande dunsande ungar tillsammans på några våningar ovanför varandra långt ned i huset. Ett par familjer lät barnen dessutom ligga krälades mellan borden med snubbelrisk när man hämtade mat och dessutom sparka på andra gästers stolar under frukosten. Inte så trevligt. Eller ge ut ordningsregler, det finns ju för för allas trevnad så varför är barnfamiljer undantagna?

Ganska bra men några saker att förbättra!

På det hela taget OK. Rummet var ok med utsikt över Umeå. Duschrum toalett var lite sunkigt. Avloppet från handfatet var igensatt av hår och jag vet inte vad! Det tog ner omdömet en del. Frukosten var bra. Det enda var sjukan med time slots. Jag är gäst och jag har betalar och äter min frukost när det passar mig. Vi bor i England och det här händer aldrig där.
