“We've stayed here several times in the last 2 or 3 years and always love it. It's well maintained, clean, conveniently located, and the staff are always incredibly friendly. We travel with our kiddo and 2 dogs, and they are always so welcoming to them and chat with our daughter. We love coming here and will be back soon!”

“When I first arrived, the property was clean and the employee behind the desk was very polite and helpful. That's where the good ended though. The room (311) had trash on the floor (food and straw wrappers), the sink did not drain, there was no cold water in the shower, and the right half of the TV did not work. On top of that, the hotel is so close to the interstate, I slept about 2 hours because of the amount of traffic noise. I arrived at about 11pm, so there were no other rooms available and……

“The one day I wanted to use the pool, Saturday it was closed. The front desk didn't even know why.”

“Went for a softball tournament-terrible. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all the coolers, bags etc up stairs at the end of the hall- and only one end because they were painting the other stairwell. Pool was closed down so team couldn’t use that. The one washer was broken so we couldn’t wash uniforms. Tiny fridge that didn’t cool and knob was missing- no freezer or microwave in the room. Food and drinks weren’t cold, so had to use coolers, then carry up and down steps. Had to ask……

“The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Pool area was well taken care of and relaxing. The only complaint I have is the coffee is horrible Taste like instant hot water.”
