"It was a nice stay and the view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was great but the staff who served needs more training as they were rushing to serve us while we were having food."

"I was on a cycling trip that ended in Galle. This property was perfect for a quick rest before heading to Colombo International Airport. The property was clean, I had a comfortable room with shower and there was a pool plus it was walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants."

"Fantastic 150 year old house with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. One of the most beautiful places we ever stayed. Furnishings are beautiful. Great pool. Great breakfast. Great caretaker, Mohan, also a very good chef preparing dinners for us. The owner stopped by and was extremely helpful.

"The views , the setting and staff were excellent. What let the hotel down was attention to detail- our room had a cracked glass balcony which did not instil confidence. The lack of reliable hot water a was another poor aspect as was the indifferent housekeeping which we had to constantly talk to housekeeping manager about. The lack of response from the front desk and management until 11pm on night before departure with an alternate room was too little too late. To cap this on the last night key decided to fit out new rooms with drilling and cutting boards after midnight which again we had to call to complain sorry but this is not a 5 star quality hotel and the lack of empathy and professions by management as nd Radisson is extremely poor!"
"Everything was great! The only thing I didn't love was the internet connection. It looks like they use 4G cellular modems with data limits instead of a cable or fiber network. I occasionally had to hold Teams meetings for work, and the connection would drop and never get back. However, this seems to be a common issue across Sri Lanka, not just at this hotel. Aside from that, everything else was absolutely perfect, especially the staff and the location!"
"We had a wonderful time and the highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the infinity pool. The rooms were spacious with a super comfy bed and pillows. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were plentiful and tasty. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager was always available and so kind. All the bar staff were delightful. Mahinda, Ashoka, Kaveesha, Sumithra, Jinuka. Thanks for a fabulous trip."
"What a truly exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were truly fantastic with our 3yr old daughter. In particular Udaya went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble at all. Our only negative was that we didn’t stay here longer! If we return to Sri Lanka this will be hotel booking number1 for me and my family! "
"Thecroom and the resort is gorgeous but I think overpriced. I paid a lot of money for this resort and expected absolute excellence. The food was very hit and miss however the breakfast was good. First night I ordered barramundi with garlic mash potato, beans and pea ragou. I received fish and plain mash smothered in a thick mushroom sauce. I can’t eat mushrooms so they just scraped it off...
We ordered a margarita pizza (tomato sauce, cheese and basil) and received a curried chicken, corn and some other vegetable. It was all tasty but not what we ordered. The Hawaiin prawns however were delicious.
The staff were terrific and very helpful.
All in all it was great, but a different venue but I feel overpriced. "
"Let me start we arrived at the hotel staff was super friendly right from the beginning. As we we’re walking to see our room we went towards the water to find out no beach since we are beach people my wife started to lose it I said let’s see the room first as she is telling
Me I am not staying here . We go up to the room it was beautiful and comfortable! Well she opens cabinets where tv is supposed to be no tv boy she wanted to murder me . I said let’s spend the night and we will talk about it . Next morning we wake up have amazing breakfast and decide to sit by beautiful pool over looking the ocean how beautiful it was just like being on the beach without the sand she loved it ! Wow things got even more amazing find out that internet was so strong that she gets all her shows and she got into reading she was so happy ! Then we started to get to know the staff and they could not do enough for us the chef made us anything we wanted anytime we wanted I can’t say enough how perfect and fast the two weeks went. We travel all over the world to some of the biggest and best hotels and resorts in the world this hotel was intimate and small and we probably had one of the best times and felt at home at all times if I can recommend any hotel, this would be the one
Amazing
