「The only issue is parking is first come first serve and if you pay for parking it doesn’t guarantee a spot. However, there is off street parking available for free within walking distance. Would still stay here again and recommend to others. The property is very nice and includes a lot of superb amenities. 」

「I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. As for the room, it was cozy, comfortable and had Diptyque products that I really enjoyed. My only qualm - and it's by no.means the fault of the RC - would be with the neighborhood. 「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
