「Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.」

「Our host was just wonderful! He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond by even bringing my grandson an air mattress & showing us his horses.
The cabin was beautiful and the outdoor fireplace and hammock was great.
The only problem we had was the television service was spotty even after our host tried to fix it.
All in all, a wonderful visit.」

「Our host really thought of everything and even prepared the sofa bed for us, which was much appreciated as we arrived late at night. Thoughtful touches for us and our dog made us feel very welcome. 「Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...
