「This is a beautiful place to stay for a trip to NYC! Quiet, clean, beautifully decorated apartment close to the city by uber. We had a party of four who were very comfortable in this large space. For the same price of a hotel room in Manhattan you can stay in a whole 3 bedroom place with a bath and a half, living room, eat in kitchen, and outdoor space with a view of the NYC skyline! 「Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.」

There was no heat or coffee maker. I’ve written the host about these issues and only received one response, saying check in started at 4:05.
